This is something that has already been practiced in the past. I heard that some drug cartels do it in Mexico still, but they're not so patient. It used to be done in China as punishment for treason or fratricide, for example. It was called 'death by a thousand cuts' or 'lingchi'. They would just tie up up the person and gradually cut off parts of flesh until the person died. I was going to share a link to read more about it, but the images are very graphic, so I'll let you Google it yourself. I still don't think this kind of punishment would stop rape. People aren't usually thinking very rationally when they rape somebody.

Rapist should be given punishment they will remembered forever in their lives. This is because they leave a kind of permanent psychological problems on their victims. They too should be given such. I suggest cutting one of their legs or hands, or removing one of their eyes or castrating them.
In a situation where this victim die, they should be sentenced to death too.

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

According to you, what can be the best punishment for these rapists so that no one else should think of raping a women. I like the punishment which is given in most of the Muslim countries - hanged to death in public. Do you think that this is fair or they should marry the victim???

I hate someone who rape.
But if the initial suspension of courtship is appropriate to be married not to death. And if rape is done on minors and many times done better in the law of death and destroyed from the earth.

So many people are writing about the death penalty. People really think rapists would be scared of the death penalty, so they wouldn't rape anybody. Aren't the punishments quick harsh in many places? Many countries already have the death penalty for rape. Do you think there is no rape in those countries? I read that in China they have the death sentence for rape or sometimes they castrate rapists. Even in countries where they punishment is 15 years in prison, it's hard for me to believe that rapist are really thinking about the consequences. People aren't in their right mind when they are raping somebody.
