I think even without maintenance, there's a small leeway if you didn't manage to click within 24 hours. Today it was at 39 hours and I didn't lose the bonus like you guys, but this isn't guaranteed all the time.

I made the conversion on May 16th, the transaction history page only load until May 17th and no further, cant see any transactions prior to that.

I think they had a loss of data and installed a backup. I lost one payout too - but I know my coinpot and so I am withdrawing every day, loss only 25 cents or so.

if its an unconfirmed trransaction then that means they have sent it to the blockchain and you will get it eventually

i assume it is BTC?
if so, then the problem is because there is a massive backlog of transactions right now (and for the last 7-10 days)
there are currently over 50,000 transactions queued up, and more being added all the time!
