Today's situation looks a bit different. In the evening of Asian time, there are a few websites with 404 pages and a few with Microsoft pages, but the coinpot website can be opened and displayed normally. Is this the website to be closed? Rhythm?

I had no problem to access to their main site during the last day, so I guess they are just updating something directly on the faucets website.
Personally I don't have "bad feelings" since they can earn good amount of money just running the website in an honest way... in the last couple of weeks I made even a deposit on their wallet

I opened the website today to see that I have to log in again before I can use it, but I have tried several times and still have not received the login confirmation email. Is it a problem with the coinpot website? Still a personal problem?

I'm always logged in, but I did log out and log back in without issue.

Coinpot did log me out last month but I received a conformation email about an hour later and logged in without any problems.

And it took more than 24 hours for Coinpot admin to post this message. What a communication! I know that just one man runs this service, but is it so difficult to communicate a bit better?
And I predict that after update, old Moon faucets will look same like Moon Dash and Moon Bitcoin Cash. I doubt that new features will be added.

I believe he is autistic person, that's why he will never communicate with the world...
BTW his server and websites are under Windows Server and IIS.

This legend of the "one man show" may not be correct. The message refers to "we" and also years pass and things evolve, maybe he let other people iinto the project.

By the way, zeroed bonuses for mooncash and moondash, again, oh yeah.

By the way (2) this is the usual message for the email confirmation:

IMPORTANT
As a new security measure we require that all CoinPot sign in attempts are made from authorised IP addresses. We have sent an authorisation request email to blabla@email.com - please click on the link in this email to confirm that sign in from you current IP address 123.456.789.123 is allowed.
(You will only need to do this once for each IP address)

The link in the mail expires in 60 minutes so if it doesn't arrive in that time, you must try tologin again.

lol, it would cost more to send out the transactions than they are worth 

Fair enough but there is also no point in sending a 2 sat/byte transaction when there is 70Mb ahead of it in the queue and then telling your customers that the withdrawal is "Completed". That just causes masses of unnecessary support work for the sites receiving those transactions.

the problem is that because of the severely restricted block size on the bitcoin blockchain there just isn't enough space in the blocks for all the transactions at busy times like last week
if coinpot decided to pay hundreds of dollars to push their transaction to the front of the queue then it just means other lower fee transactions will suffer - ultimately causing someone else the "unneccesary" support work that you mentioned.

i think coinpot rightly stood their ground and say...hey our transactions are obviously not highest priority so we will broadcast them onto the blockchain so there is proof the withdrawal is completed and wait until the backlog clears for them to be confirmed on the blockchain
this is what happened within hours of my post - and i received my pending withdrawal along with everyone else - no big drama 

this also means they avoid overpaying fees which would only end up being passed on to the user. so they can afford to keep their blockchain withdrawals fee-free (to me the user!).

tbh i might consider converting in the future and only doing my withdrawals with bch or dash as those coins dont suffer these kind of backlogs 

I am fully aware of supply and demand on the blockchain. My point is that sending out transactions at 2 sat/byte when there is 90Mb of data ahead of them in the queue is pointless. Then telling customers that their withdrawal is "Completed" is misleading and causes many of them to then raise a support ticket at the receiving site.

They should simply tell their customers the truth. That is that they are unwilling to pay the current fees and their withdrawals will be delayed until the mempool clears out and then offer the option for the customer to pay the fee for a quick withdrawal.
