iOS iPhone/iPad and web-based database developer here (Java, MySQL, jQuery, CSS, HTML).

I've been freelancing full time for almost 10 years and would love to get more involved with BTC, mainly by offering my development services for BTC!

Thanks,

Tom

I'd call myself a developer but I haven't developed much recently.

Looking to fine-tune my web and software development skills this year.

Will look to accept Bitcoins in exchange for my services soon.

Hi,

I'm one of the owners at Rethink Networks, we're a top ranking SEO and internet marketing firm.  We currently rank #3 nationally for "SEO Quote" , and #4 for "SEO Service".  Prior to offering our marketing services commercially, we've been utilizing it internally for own businesses for nearly a decade.

We have established businesses in adult, drugs (legally, nothing shady like pharma) ,  mortgages, financial planning and a huge affiliate network.   I love expansion, and providing a helpful, intelligent service more than anything.

We also own a network of video game services sites, that are run and managed by US citizens (Panama for legal purposes),  rather than underpaid, overworked Chinese sweatshops.   That's what initially had me interested in BTC a few years ago,  offering it as a checkout option on our gaming sites, which also rank very high for their respective game keywords.   With BitPay I see that opportunity, so I'm looking to have that worked into a properly converting checkout.

So that's progressive and should be fun. We will offer BTC to the MMO gaming audience in a crisp and organized way, and we'll also be offering additional incentives for people paying in BTC.

My real interest though is in getting a proper farm established so we can generate BTC and start offering services to the community specifically.  There's always room for an exchange with proper service and CS skills,  but the legal hurdles have me a bit hesitant for that.

We're thinking Casino, and Sportsbook,  which is a model we already had built prior to BTC taking center stage as it has done.  But that is done a million times already as well, so not too exciting.

What do you , as bitcoin enthusiats, want to see? What type of services do you want offered to you, or for bitcoin ?

Anywho, so that's who I am, and that's what we do.  If any of you are looking for internet marketing advice,  please feel free to PM me or email me it's ryan AT rethinknetworks DOT com.  My skype is also my username. Please say where you came from so I accept it Smiley

I'll probably be copy pasting this into my "Buying Avalon ASICs, not preorders" thread once I'm allowed Tongue  Which if anyone has ASICs for sale, US or internationally, please let me know!

I feel like I'm late to the party, but I look forward to getting to know this community and its goals very well!

I'm curious. What about Panama's legal system attracted you to it?

I have several investors that are looking to create a new exchange.  Is this a worthwhile endeavor or is MTGOX the only exchange that is necessary at this time.

The Bitchef can provide a variety of fine foods, culinary materials and more. We are based in the Mediterranean and interested in trading food for digital currencies.

I would like to post a few introductory offers in the Marketplace in the next few days.

The more exchanges the better, if you ask me. I want to start a local exchange, though, and then move to an online exchange later on.

Panama offers many financial and legal protections in a stable environment.  Look into it, we're taking any btc services elsewhere though.

Hi,

I'm an entrepreneur and software craftsman. I've been using bitcoins for 6 months now, and mining LTC lately. I'm in the process of jumping in crypto currencies business, by making various services with my software team. We are a few hours to launching a learning project.

I'm founder and owner of a distributed software development company providing elastic teams for our customers across the US and Europe.  Since we were somewhat hit but Cyprus fuckup, now I'm actively researching alternative ways I can collect payment for our services and pay out to my developers.  The economically opressive regime in my country (Ukraine) just pushes us more.

Most likely we'll soon be engaged in some btc-related project or start one.

And yes, we accept BTC for our service :-)

The U.S. Federal Reserve is attacking for days digital currencies markets and mining pools. He managed to freeze and void Terracoin processes, Litecoin and PPC ... The main markets as MTGOX not stop falling and slow to respond, Vircurex was completely nullified.

The main pools are ruined: notroll.in, litecoinpool.org, coinotron.com, bitparking.com.

For now the only one who resists is the Bitcoin market and BTC-E, which have yet to be affected by the attacks.

U.S. and Europe really fear that these "coins" digital without bank support, untaxed, uncontrolled and much higher values than the Euro and Dollar achieve progress.

The way to combat this is to say we all mining, but have low hashrates (like 10 or 20), not to make money for the rewards, but to keep the servers running, knowing that transactions and stability coins have people depend on mining.

While the main pools are down, they can do so through p2pool or just mining.

Let us not take away this freedom.

Hey there. I'm working on developing a new Bitcoin mixer that will remove taint from transactions. It will be open source when it's released.
