Its a good idea but I don't think there's only good thing that will happen if this will be realized. Bitcoin is a digital money and is fully secured and anonymous. I think as a way to earn profit, teaching these to college would really help students earn their own and be more independent conditioning their way of living suited for the adult society. But I think this applies to only a certain type of people. Students are easily influenced and one misstep would make their life messed up. I think right now, it is still not ready yet.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

It is a great idea to teach bitcoin in college or one of the curriculum is bitcoin. Bitcoin really helps unemployed to be employed, unbank to have bank and other. It will also help the students to earn while they are schooling. So, why not we teach bitcoin in college in fact college is already a matured learner, so they can learn fast than the lower level.

In my view, there is no training centre or lesson of Btc anywhere except two or one college in US country. But firstly countries govt have to legalize Btc and also declare it.If Btc isn't a legitimate one, then expect some other nightmare.Should the Btc be legalized in all country and teaching in all schools, college and university student about Btc in the right way.

It seems excellent to implement a university career on blockchain we are in a new era and it is time that most universities are innovated in the technological field, this will help the improvement and better support in cryptocurrencies, greater security in its use and a momentum in your quote. for the moment in Latin America is not yet available in universities, it may be that it is already implemented in developed or powerful countries

It will be better if they have a subject bitcoin in college
I think it more focusing on how bitcoin works and currency moving in this field. It would be better if have a subject because people will have a chance to learn about this bitcoin.

Bitcoin as a course or any related currency on web.
In my country we have multiple courses in computer especially programing and web developments. My course is also information technology, but i've never heard or learn about online currency as bitcoin. In present, and future studies is there any chances for inserting about it in education. In your country is it available?
It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.
Bitcoin cannot be taught as a course in a university. In my country, bitcoin is not legally recognized by the state, and the state prohibits bitcoin transactions, so it does not appear in universities, which is very sad.

I have never heard about a college course that is all about Bitcoin, there might be courses that include projects regarding Bitcoin. For example, a user here told me that he built a FPGA miner during his electrical engineering course. Maybe the future will be teaching Bitcoin in college courses, as the demand for blockchain applications is growing and so does the work field.

Of course not, crypto is not only about trading and investing. It is about blockchain technology itself. You see many ICOs are popping using current technology and then integrate it with blockchain.

Blockchain technology can be taught in college, perhaps not as a major but an optional optional course

Bitcoin could be explained better by a trained person than we can do it so it is good if they teach it in college by someone who handles it

Yes I agree with you plus I do not think that there woupd be a need for ua to extensively understands bitcoin.  It can be used as a topic but not as a subject nor as a major.  Computer related courses perhaps already discussed about the cryptos especially the bitcoin.

It was a good idea for every college schools to implement the study of block chain because in this way they are going to know how the system works and how the cryptocurrency will be helpful in this new era of mankind.

I think that is not possible, because the legal nature of bitcoin is always in conflict with the government's management system. It has been a problem since the bitcoin was formed. This may take some time to monitor the dynamics of the governments of countries around the world to come.

I think it is not possible for some College to implement a course for cryptocurrency or blockchain. For me, companies that do bitcoin should have seminars to colleges for the students to know about bitcoin and how it works.

This would be necessary only when bitcoin is already legalized worldwide. We all know how strict some country are when it comes to tolerating bitcoin. It would be a great thing if some countries would start including bitcoin as a course or as a part of a course since it is expected to be the future currency to be used by everyone in the world. I am not saying that it's really sure that bitcoin would make it there but it would be more better if we are all ready.
