You wanna get a huge piece of cake in billions, you could at least spend a million to hire more shills than the usual and obvious ones already in this thread.
But you couldn't let go of that million bucks, if you could then you wouldn't have tried to pull the biggest double your Bitcoin scam scheme.
Damn now I really understand where did those double scammers coming from, straight from Bitmain factory. just read the title people, it says everything.
1:1 means doubling all the circulating supply, any similarities? send us your coins and we'll double them in no time is equal to support us to make this doubling happen.
Crypto community being the cradle of scammers and thieves, I'm sure you'll get your support.

Thanks for pointing this out, looks like they are yet to do anything substantial with the new revamped BU code this August and so what Craig talked last month was just empty speeches  Cheesy i thought he was planning something big along with nchain and he said he will be creating a big mining pool and so on,if nchain is not really behind BCC then who really is,just another anonymous ghost. You've got a very valid opinion. I also think it's all about money: drama, rise and fall, pump and dump, revive and abandon etc etc This is another "classic" fork. I'm sure BTC will eat BCC.

I have created a poll to see how the community views the fork and the future of bitcoin. Please answer the poll so we can have a statistically significant number of responses.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2048167

I am trying to be fair on that poll and included as many answers as I could think of. I will keep the poll open until a couple of hours before the Aug 1st fork. Let's see if the wisdom of the forum is indicative of how it will turn out.

Thank you for participating.

why the main bitcoin decided to just double the block size to 2 mb ?

and BitcoinCash decided they will put 8 mb ?

isn't 2 mb quite too low? maybe in a few years it needs another chainsplit to get more blocksize.

The current chain wants to implement the lightning network, which will process transactions off chain. The blockchain will then be used as a settlement layer.

So BTC will be off chain and BCC will process ON-Chain?  Is the 8mb adjustable without another fork if it needs to increase again?

I don't think Poloniex will support
https://poloniex.com/press-releases/2017.07.24-Our-plans-to-handle-potential-BTC-network-disruptions/

Kraken will support 1:1 and trading
http://blog.kraken.com/post/163504189522/bitcoin-cash-and-a-critical-alert-for-bitcoin

Bittrex will 1:1 but no trading at first
https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000808991-Statement-on-Bitcoin-Cash-BCC-

Cryptopia doesn't look like they support 1:1 or trading at least not in the begining
https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/News

My question does this mean Cryptopia and Poloniex can just use their users bitcoin cash for themselves?

Oh man. I don't like these news. Bitcoin was having a good reputation for a while. Imagine if now you trade in both btc and bcc+eth.

To resolve the ambiguity, some are starting to use BC for Bitcoin Cash.

Note: Both Bitfinex and Kraken are using BCH.
