Couple questions one is it safe to send transactions, I want to send from my hardware wallet. Two does any one know how to gain access to Bitcoin Cash on a keepkey hardware wallet? They say they are supporting it https://www.keepkey.com/2017/07/31/bitcoin-cash-keepkey/
Anyone have answers on this, thanks in advance!

"Thank you" all "wonderfull" exchanges like Bittrrex and others - with introduce of BCC - YOU"VE BLOCKED BTC WALLETS - do you all know WHY ? Because BCC IS JUST NEW PLAYER - AND YOU ALL KNOW, THAT TRADERS MAY DO - JUST TO BUY BCC........ I'm SORRY, but I WANT TO KILL SOMEONE ON STREET FROM EXCHANGES... It's NOT exchanges - it is all - SCAM. Thank you, hackers - if you'll get their data to police.

Dude, just USE ETH or USDT.

If you plan to buy BCH, when you will do it?
I think it the best strategy can be sell now what you have in the exchanges, wait until they allow deposits then buy it back after the masive new coins dump  Grin

Bittrex

Not in and out with BCC/BCH, but you can transfer in an out through Etherium, USDT, and (some other exchanges) BTC

Is it just me or is this kinda dead in the water?

Who is mining this anyway? The chain is barely moving...

I'm impressed blocks are being found as quickly as they are.  We might not even see REQ-7 take effect.  I wonder if it would be possible to handle BCH with stock Electrum.

Trying to sell at bitcointalk coin listed on 10+ exchanges seems a bit irrational for me.

I'm sorry, but, technically, this BTC wallet freezing - seem not needed, when hardfork injection in btc blockchain operates.
Why ?
Because blockchain wallets were not swithced as blockchain.info.
This is just marketing, that shows - every knew "BTC friendly" token is hard to buy from start - as it been with current BTC from a start.
I moved into HitBTC - they kept BTC wallet with no such "tricks"....
Yes, this all shows, that "true" exchange" - is that - where rules are pointed with live support - so you have a telephone number support also. No Poloniex, no Bittrex, no Bluetrade - their "chessmates" with wallets - it's for I will have no trust anymore.
Seems Genesis - is well supported exchange

If they haven't online wallets they do not trade the coin, just IOUs

I just confirmed the correct hash on my BCC wallet core full node @ block 478567.

LINK: http://blockdozer.com/insight/block/000000000000000000047372adb9376211d78249ed7c18fbd50f28786a2cb0ba

So far so good...

Bitcoin Cash appears to be up and running Smiley

Yes, things are looking good so far.

I managed to split about 8 bitcoins using Electrum and BU Cash:

BTC branch: txid=a195bbdd47b810cd85a9cee7c08883f049b11b2ceb9c1c6e0e80f6666f415542
BCH branch: txid=1bb982929ff013d9b324c61807f3f8b94419f221c157dcb0d4f1b0d12d6951e2

They have real coins on balance, which have been splitted from btc during fork. But most exchanges haven't opened bcc deposits yet.

This coin is basically going to go huge on coinmarketcap since everyone is selling whatever they can when they can, it is already at 5 Billion marketcap which is pretty crazy just for mostly dumps.

I use the Bitcoin Unlimited wallet.
It shows my balance as BTC. To prevent confusion down the track is there anyway to change it so it shows BCC or BCH?

Or is there a better wallet for bitcoin cash?

Thanks

And now bittrex can not send and receive BTC and BCH. I do not know what the problem is.

have a private pump of their own?

no reason to deny btc. i can kind of see why they're not doing bch yet. it's only been live for a few hours.

Both BTC and BCH wallets are under maintenance. Transactions to and from either wallet will not occur until they finish..
I hope this problem will not be long.
But I am now happy that BCH / BTC trading has started.
