@bible_pay
Linux miner updated to v1.0.3.7 and mining
config set to pool.biblepay.org,
poolmining=false
block 7909
8 peers, only 1 peer v1.0.3.7

I'm on 1.0.3.7 as well for an hour, Pool is down so solo mining at this point.(Just found a block!)

Edit: One thing I also noticed is, all the solo blocks my miners found so far are when the miner was in pool and switched to solo by itself, haven't found a block while only mining solo. Is this is a coincidence or are there any parameters in play here?

I'd say a coincidence, but it'd be something to keep an eye on.  The only solo blocks I've found were on a dedicated solo miner, never hit one when reverting from pool to solo.

Interesting. Will see if this trend changes.

Now only one of my miner is showing up in the pool, the rest have the same conf, version and chain but wouldn't join the pool. What's the fix here?

i can not withdraw from pool to my wallet.
it says invalid destination address.
whats wrong?

Check that you don't have any spaces at the start or end.  If not delete it and go back and right click on the address you want to use and select "Copy address" and then paste it into that box before saving.

I'm seeing the same thing. Tried making a new address, but it didn't like the new one either. Been working fine til I just tried it then to see what happens.

ADDITION: I ran getmininginfo and saw an error for stale block/upgrade wallet. Trying that and will notify.

Now getting "no block source available" even though I've got 6 peers and traffic on the network tab. Do I need to delete my chainstate and such?

The way God works in mysterious ways

*snerk*

I mean, that's true, but. . .

Eh, that finally went away. Now I've got "block is stale" from getmininginfo. I suppose I shall wait for the .7 wallet and work with it from there.

Sorry guys, have my son today, so I cant go into much detail.
Luckily, Ive got this new RDP program for my iphone so I was able to restart the pool remotely.

Anyway, 1.0.3.7 is finally out for download for windows.

Please upgrade, this version should reveal what is causing the pool to go down.

I will unban any nodes that are banned now.

Check it is not the other way round - when you shutdown biblepayd, delete 'banlist.dat' (listing IP addresses that your node has blocked) from the data file directory (the one where your wallet is - DO NOT DELETE WALLET.DAT).

I've read through the opening post and still don't understand what exactly does religion has to do with this project except the hashing function. Why not take any other book? What religion does this relate to? And what charity funds exactly does this project support and why?

In theory you could have used any book for the hashing function. And my thought is if this coin succeeds, you may very well see a Quranpay, ShakespearePay, LovecraftPay, DianeticsPay, etc.  This relates to "generic" Christianity.  The thought is there may be more items built on the server functions (live preaching, filtered news, etc.) but right now the main draw is the 10% (tithe) to charity.  That charity is right now, Compassion.com, sponsoring orphans.  When the coin becomes a Masternode coin (they'll be called Sanctuaries), the MN will vote on how to spend the tithe with the standard being 75% or better efficiency (i.e., nor more than 25 cents of every dollar can be spent on administration).

thanks.  I checked it but didn't find this file in .biblepaycore dir

seems like Bible_pay unbanned  most miners.   we're back in business.   hopefully more stable for now
