Если у бтце остался доступ к базе и крипте то теоретически они могут открыться в торе чтоб люди вывели свою крипту. Или например примимать заявки на вывод по битмессадж. Владелец пишет свой аккаунт и номер кошелька на который он уже выводил.
Скорее всего щас ФБР торгуется с винницком чтоб Винник сдал все кошельки и базу данных.

Какой прок от этого бирже? Никто не станет голову ломать и рисковать свой шкурой чтоб кто-то так, хз кто(то есть пользователи) остались хотя бы частично довольными.

хм...ну раз домен отобрали то пожалуй не стоит открывать больше старый домен биржевой. а то с этих звёздно-полосатых гоп-стопщиков станется трояна подсунуть в заглушку.

Ещё не было случаев, когда клиентам что-то выплачивали, после того, как на сайтах появлялась заглушка ФБР.  
И дело не в домене. А в том, что ФБР серьёзно занялся биржей. Бизнес в таких условиях работать не может.

Мне очень жаль.  

Бизнес работать не может, допустим, что от btc-e они не отстанут и биржу придется закрыть (возможно отрыть другую?). Тем не менее на холодных кошельках куча крипты. Хотите сказать, что админ добровольно перешлет все фбр? Нет, вроде его не поймали для этого. Они конечно могут забрать все деньги и залечь на дно, но это уже скам тогда, тут уже и фбр не причем. Открыть биржу на другом домене и дать вывести крипту с баланса это возможно и все в доброй воли админов.
