I thought it would help everyone understand the reasoning behind the change.  The initial estimate was end of May and now it is beginning of July so it is not too big a slip.The hard fork need to be after the  deprecation of the current version as it affects full wallets, nodes, pools and exchanges.

ZenCash will migrating from cryptocurrency to platform concept.
New node class is introduced  -  Super Nodes, and they will co-exist with Secure nodes at the same time.  
Super Nodes introduce sidechaining, and will be able run a bunch of different services

Now total reward pool for node operators is 20% and this is main big change on our system. As you can see we have increased treasury to 10%, we are preparing our own treasury voting system, and the increase of 1.5% is for overcoming voters apathy, we are going to paying voters to vote. Those funds are reward for voters, because we want to provide positive initiatives for joining this ecosystem.
Details of the reward mechanism to voters will be released with more details of actual voting system which is in prototype mode IOHK right now.

Those changes are made as response to increasing popularity of secure nodes, and as result of multiple feedbacks from this system, and from community itself.

I think ZenCash should not pay listing fees, better to direct funds (even if 1 BTC seems small for you) for other means, such as development or geographical expansion, even souvenirs!
Right now ZenCash is available to buy/sell on Bittrex and Cryptopia, 2 popular exchanges and on the number of other exchanges.
I named Bittrex and Cryptopia because I used both many times...
Moreover new exchanges start almost every day, I'm sure some of them would like to add ZenCash for free

IOHK is delivering the ZenCash DAO Treasury and Voting proof of concept in 2Q 2018.
It is in prototype mode at IOHK right now, we all are waiting good update on this.

Also cryptobridge has more daily volume than openledger, so it isn't the biggest DEX platform...

I just mean in general - if ZenCash is already on exchanges, may be no need to focus on other listings.

Each exchange is in a geographical area. Cryptopia is in Africa.
But, a lot of fraud, false identities. Which means you can lose all your crypto if the FBI decides to close it for investigation.
Also cryptopia not long ago they retained cryptos that could not be recovered because they lacked liquidity to accept. Which is very bad.
On the other hand I am actor of a new blockchain with exchange and platform which will replace MT4. And PRT. And this will be regular and will be the exchange of all broker more and more. Better to be in a regular exchange.
The Koreans don't go on cryptopia, but on their own exchange from Korea.

1 BTC is still quite a bit, and zencash is available on plenty of exchanges.

In fact, zencash is also available on cryptopia, which actually charges around $200k nowadays for a listing! I think zencash got in before they started charging these insane amounts. I'd rather see it get listed on exchanges that tap into new markets to be honest.
