The contributors to a new cryptocurrency project would like to see their work get used by more and more people. It is not just about increasing the price of the currency, many of the contributors find it rewarding to see that people use and gain value from the project

Several people brainstorming together are a lot more efficient than someone alone (or a small team)Horizen did a good job about the 51% attack protection. Getting your work used by the mass should be the main motivation to participate in a crypto project. Doing it to see the price jumping won't end well.

This is a great opportunity to further popularize Horizen. Huobi is among the ten largest crypto exchanges, and it provides an opportunity for traders and investors to conduct operations with various cryptocurrencies. Hopefully in the future other exchange pairs will be added besides ZEN/BTC and ZEN/ETH.

Now that Huobi is listing Horizen it's going to give a boost to the price yeah but also a trading volume increase which is good. That's exactly what exchanges Horizen needs to get in. So far the market is greatly responding to the news.   Would be nice to see more DEX as well. But I know all this take time...

This is good news for Horizen because Huobi's exchange is very good for their trading volume, so just enjoy trading on this exchange first, because I'm sure Horizen will consider entering a better exchange like Binance and Bittrex in the future.

Hi guys. I have a nice little problem.

Had some ZenCash left on my ZenCash wallet (ZenCash SwingWallet 0.84.0).
I started the wallet and it took ages to sync. So I made a transaction of some of my funds to another new HORIZEN wallet.

HOWEVER: The change money seems to be lost. The transaction was split up as two tx one to the address I wanted the ZEN sent to and one unknown address, which I assume is a change address.
Then the client crashed. I restarted it and finally got the chain synced. But the change money is still missing.

Any way to restore the change address in the old SwingWallet so I can get access to my funds?

This "change address" (Bitcoin heritage) should be in your wallet, if wallet is synchronized 100% amount should be visible..

Horizen was launched May 30th, 2017. previously named as ZenCash
Horizen did not conduct an ICO or a pre-mine. Horizen began as a chainsplit from Zclassic, providing a base of ZEN owners.
