i was offline from many time today i saw my bittrex EGC holdings are gone.

Bittrex delisted many, many months ago. They would have emailed you telling you to withdraw your funds. It was also announced in this thread. Your only option is to contact Bittrex support.

EGC is very alive and the network is very sound. You may want to check your network firewall settings.
