Okay, problem solved, i think....  To move or transfer coins and claim gas from neon wallet simply use your PKs or json file on neotracker.io to open your wallet and access your coins. 

The site works like "myetherwallet".  I am not a big fan of using my PKs, but if in a jam its a way to access coins. 

Hopefully neon wallet dev team fixes buggy android app.

Binance, Yobtc, 19800 and possibly more.
In your wallet just click send then click NEO and it will change to GAS. Put your address and amount and you are done.

NEO could do what Ethereum did and even surpass it, there are some good smart contract projects poping up in the space but my concern for now is their valuation and how to attract good enough developers to use their platform, this is where Ethereum has an edge over them

It is already on binance. I think that maybe the only exchange where you can trade Neo gas as well
