Sorry, I mean, when token sale ll finished? I know, that start of crowdsale tomorrow  Crowdsale will run for 30 days (until September 30th) or within 36 hours of the soft cap being achieved. @melissa_sapmaz you should edit the second post in this thread - or maybe the OP - in order to reflect the preICO results and provide links to ICO reviews and articles that have been posted. On one hand it's nice to have a short OP but it simply does not reflect the size of the project.
I agree, as this is one of the main places people will come when researching REAL it would be useful to have up to date information and some links to recent articles that have been written, this will allow the investor to save time and invest quicker. |

What if you don't get enough money to purchase the assets that you've chosen? Because I'm guessing you've chosen some assets already. Is there any backup funding source, for example your own money? For example, if a real estate costs 500k, but token holders financed only 200k?
We already have much bigger commitments than that pre-ico, and we are confident we will do a successful raise. But anyways if it would fail we would adapt our strategy for example accepting bitcoin and changing it for fiat to acquire the assets. In that case we would give Real token holders more benefits like big discount on comission and priority access. Our plan there would be executing the business and do another ICO later on with the reserve tokens. In that case the initial token holders would multiply their value big time. Actual use case and the intrinsic value of Real Token: the bomb. |

Just from the pre-sale reaching the equivalent of millions of dollars alone, it looks like their investments are paying off. I was a bit skeptical about Real's projected returns compared to what crypto traders may be accustomed to, but it seems to be of no concern. |

Fortunately they made our job much easier by regular news and announcements. But of course even promising projects can turn out to be a bust and vice versa. It will be a long night for the team today. |

I have to admit the FOMO is pretty high. I wasn't ready to pledge the minimum amount for the pre-sale, especially with giving the necessary required identification documents to an unknown to me 3rd party. But seeing the money flow in I'm afraid of missing this boat.

Why did you choose a real estate? What are the advantages?
For one, the real estate market is huge and is constantly growing. There will always be people looking to buy, rent, sell a property. Even though property value can decrease over time (due to a number of circumstances), real estate proves to be a good way to preserve your wealth, whereas your property can be considered an asset. One of the best advantages (in my opinion) is the residual income from leasing your property out. You can earn monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. A nice little bit of steady income in your piggy bank!  Ok, thanks for the answer. |
