With 9 days left hard cap seems too far to me.
The question is, what would happen to the remaining tokens if the hard cap is not reached?
This question has been answered many times, read the thread. Reading 100 pages isn't always easy  They will adjust the roadmap when the hard cap isn't reached and will burn the tokens afaik. |

If I have house and why would I want to use it to give it and use it in your platform rather then selling it for renting it in a conventional way how are you going to incentivize me?
That's not how it works, it's not like AIRBNB. REAL just buys properties from companies/people. People can not chose to have their house listed on the platform. Once the house is bought, it will have a set target (for example, sell in two years with x amount of profit) and rental income will be split under the investors. So people who bought part of the property on their platform with RPP tokens. |

Maybe we can reach the hard cap in the last days, many ico know a wave of investors in the last days and hours. REAL has already raise a huge amount of money, and even if they don't reach hard ca REAL team said that they will just reajust the budget, so no worries, all is find with real and a good future is in front of the project !

But who knows, often investors rush in during the last hours, at least chances aren't bad to raise still a considerable amount of eth. |

I mean the shot term investing... I don't know if that's the case. If there's high demand and the ICO gets sold out, then the demand will be great when the token gets listed. |

The thing is, people shorted btc and eth, plus after China/JPMorgan FUD prices are going up and investors are trusting btc again. I know that a lot of investors wait for this type of movements to invest but if a ICO is good, is good, REAL collected 35k ETH already, other ICOs have nothing to show
Didn't you hear, after Ceo of J.P Morgan made his statement, the BTC price dipped, and JP Morgan firm members puchased bitcoin exchange note shares (XBT). Don't let any FUD manipulate you into panic selling, remeber to do your due diligence. There are a lot of people considering the impact of the Asian region on ICO's political regulation. Many people are waiting to see ICO attitudes in other regions With the flow of Asian population to other regions, capital inflows Growth in other regional markets will drive growth The worst is, there is so much FUD which impacts negative, but look at Japan for example. They are working on a legal structure for crypto already and this since before the latest news from East Asia. So why not take Japan as an example. |

All it takes is the right person to mention this ICO or create a video/article and it will finish fast. That being said, as an investor son't think just because the ICO sells out that the price will skyrocket right away. The amount sold in no way affects the token price after the ICO. Only FOMO or a good product will move the price. |

This is nice project. they will continue the project even if they will not reach the soft cap. the might be re adjust something of the what they have already planned. but the project will continue. |
