Is there any special wallet for the Electroneum because can't we store them in MEW. Maybe we have to download them specialized wallet for this I think. Maybe on the website they didn't announce anything about the wallets?

MEW is a ETHER wallet , Electroneum ISN'T a ETHER based coin, so no pointless, impossible to do, it is based on Monero (XMR) it is a cryptonote based coin, NOTHING TO DO WITH ETHER AT ALL!!
This has been stated so many times read the thread!!

Now I understand the coin is based on Monero (XMR), So we have to download Electroneum wallet or is there is any specialized wallet MEW where we can store the coins because it is not good to keep all our coin in the Electroneum website.

why do i get this error when running the wallet

Error: wallet failed to connect to daemon: http://localhost:26968. Daemon either is not started or wrong port was passed. Please make sure daemon is running or restart the wallet with the correct daemon address.


ive managed to get both CCminer working and the electroeum windows client for cpu working

however this is the last hurdle

anyone have any idea on this yet?

Then you have an address you can see. BTW make sure to open firewall when it asks to. I am using Win10 and the port connection works fine and I am synced. Mining to the paper wallet though.

I dunno I tried a different miner on US pool and got IP banned, so I am on Asia now. The pools are slow and fast randomly, on showing the stats.
