Is it mineable with GPU? ccminer refuse to connect.
If you have AMD card use Claymore Cryptonote Miner. Don't know about Nvidia .. I don't own any ..

I don't know why they permit mining with a computer before releasing the mining for smartphone. And they already put it on an Exchange before giving the coins to the investors. And some miners did get a lot of profits. Now, the mining difficulty with CPU is very high. I am trying to mine with CPU on the official pool now, but no coin for one hour. Is it mineable with GPU? ccminer refuse to connect.
I spent 5 hours mining with CPU and did not get anything. Then I spent another hour mining with CPU and GPU and also did not get anything. For me it's obviously happening a scam here. Thankfully I did not invest in Electroneum beyond my time and energy mining. The question that should be asked is: For what reason is the currency in an exchange without investors being able to trade?

I hope for those who have participated in the ICO programmers insert the possibility of sending electroneum on exchange directly from https://my.electroneum.com/loginThe procedure for everyone is too difficult .

I think it will be possible from the wallet app on your smartphone to send or receive electroneum. But i don't know when we will be able to use the smarphone app... Agree. The mobile mining experience should have been the top priority. Since it doesn't actually depend on the blockchain to work, they should have waited until the release of a working mobile miner before turning on the blockchain. Imagine if on Nov 1 people found that their mobile app has started "mining" and their in-app ETN balance is increasing, although no one can mine with CPU/GPU, or transfer to exchange for dumping yet. There wouldn't be as many complaints. I guess this is just one of those things when hindsight is 20/20.

mining is profitable yesterday, right now the difficulty is so high its hard to get etn. but the devs should've made a GPU miner since this algo can be mined with GPU. I think their original plan is to use an algo that can only be mined using CPU thus the concept of mining using mobile phones, with the adaption of Monero, I think they forgot that the algo can be mined using GPU, making CPU mining useless (my 12-Core Ryzen 5 give me 40H, but my 1060 rig give me 2KH+). I hope I'm wrong coz im an investor and at the same time a miner.

I think their error was not to block GPU mining. Now, i don't know what is their plan to establish the balance... It is going to be impossible to mine with a CPU and also a smartphone at this rate. mining is profitable yesterday, right now the difficulty is so high its hard to get etn. but the devs should've made a GPU miner since this algo can be mined with GPU. Some people already mined and sell ETN on Exchanges... And they are getting high profits now if you look at: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange?market=ETN_BTCI think they don't have to complain. But the investors can complain... I don't know why they permit mining with a computer before releasing the mining for smartphone. Not sure what will be the effect to the blockchain if they block the GPU mining (is it possible?)

I know that they need computers to mine. But they could block the mining before releasing the mining for smartphone. As it was meant to be mined with a smartphone just for the experience of mining. I don't know why they permit mining with a computer before releasing the mining for smartphone. And they already put it on an Exchange before giving the coins to the investors. First they should have got mobile mining working and then the main blockchain as that was one of their biggest selling points. That said I think people who will be mainly interested in the mobile mining part are likely not going to be aware of all this and won't be any wiser as to what is going on.

In its current state the devs should have held out until all issues were fixed then made the release. A delay of 3 days would have been better than having miners with high end rigs and advanced knowledge(moving coins from wallets to exchanges) creaming it while everyone else sits on the sidelines watching it happen.
This just builds frustration at the highest level.
The platform this project was built for, mobile mining, is just not happening.
Sorry Electroneum devs. You made a bad call on this one.
Yeah man!! They definetely did. This will be one of the worst pages in ICOs\cryptocoins history.Let's see what will happen after a few days. Maybe they are just fixing some technical issues before releasing it so it would not delays people business. Actually this is not part of the worst ICO that I have seen before. We will see what happens after they release the ICO tokens.
