Mined about 0.1 ETN in an hour on my potato laptop... the experience was fun, but think I'll stick to just trading haha

wow, the mining has gotten that tough after just 1 day ? Isn't ease of mining the major draw of electroneum. How is this even going to work for mobile users when people with GPU setups are already slaughtering the pig so to speak.

Ease of mining dont equal to alot of coin mined quickly. If' it was the case the coin would alwais worth 0.00000001 BTC with infinite mass avalaibility.

First step would be to stop quoting his posts. Secondly i recommend to use the ignore button right below his trust level on the left.  Wink

the hardcap was 40mill
sorry to disappoint you..
i pitty you
NO FUCKING MOBILE MINING..YES I AM DISSAPPOINTED
Now go make this happen for us in RUSSIA TODAY
The most successful ICO in history and biggest failure at launch in history.
This is why ICO's have such a bad rap. The over promise and under deliver.
Say sorry to those mobile farms waiting to launch @  Difficulty: 649699467 (a goddamn joke)

can this realistically be mined using mobiles?

Of course not. They should have banned or at least limited CPU\GPU mining. And it's not. So no point at all to use smartphone to mine ETNs (and it's not active too).

Since it's just simulated mining on mobile, they can adjust the reward rate on the mobile miner however they want, as long as they still have plenty of ETNs in the mobile mining reward reserve.

Of course you can, here is a test of so many mining software for mobiles

https://imgur.com/a/V8wsg

but as they say, it is not recommended as it would slowly kill the battery of your smarphone (I only use it in a phone that I have obsolete so there is no problem) or as a temporary solution to lower the frequency to the cpu

the truth I thought that the miner of this currency would be exclusively cpu, or mobile phones, just to with just include the gpu would think twice mining with cpu (imagine mining with a telephone..., having rigs of gpu professionals) (is my umilde opinion as a newbie miner)

PD, any doubt with the app that I use, send me mp

very interesting. but sadly, i dont have a spare mobile phone. all my mobile wallets are in my only one phone. cant afford to kill it.  Smiley

Well yeah..Of course you are right. Cause coins with their own blockchain actually took the time to create their own blockchain tech instead of leaching off of the ethereum blockchain which is the lazy way in my opinion. Yes there are still some good erc20 projects but yeah, having your own blockchain is the way to go if you are going to create a coin.

The linux app on the Electroneum website is not working for me and I think it is made for latest version of Ubuntu.

Anyone trying to mine on Ubuntu 16.04 there is a guy in the mining telegram that says he has his up and mining and to do it he followed the instructions here:

https://www.cryptocurrencyfreak.com/2017/08/22/monero-mining-xmr-stak-cpu-ubuntu-16-04/

Can someone try this and report back. I'm at work.

Copy any ERC20 solidity copy and paste it in a ethereum gui wallet and you have a coin.
Create a github account and click "FORK" and paste your coin name and launch 2 seeds on digital Ocean.

Same shit.

Produce a MOBILE MINING COIN and well you have a 40 Million dollar ICO
Produce no MOBILE MINER AT LAUNCH AS PROMISED and you have pissed off cummunity.
Invite MURZIBIA back at launch when you have failed and you have the DEVIL on your hands

You can now mine Electroneum in your browser

https://easyhash.io/easy/web_miner

This is not the mobile miner, don't use it on your phone.

Its a browser cpu miner

Is your pool counting shares properly? We have it in testing and it has not showed a balance (testing with 30 k/h now) using this link/port: etn.easyhash.io:3632

Electroneum team: Your pool here https://uspool.electroneum.com/# is showing no block found for 5 hours, were our shares still being recorded as we spent 3.5 hours of this with no payouts. Thanks in advance.

Is the ETN blockchain hitting an extremely difficult block perhaps? We have seen this on other Cryptonote based coins newly launched, please let us know.

They've given a good reason for not having mobile phone mining from the launch and I found mining was relatively easy.  Given that there were so many people wanting to mine this coin straightaway, did anyone seriously think there wouldn't be a few problems?  This is much better than all the coins that only have a few miners.

You can already mine this awesome coin on COMPUTER, it works like butter and you can get rich without working a real job. When is the mobile miner app going live, today maybe?

If I mine on my PC and cell phone I will doubly my net income salary. I dont like working real jobs anyway, they are not the best. I like to just mine Electroneum all day and watch my money increase while I watch a video etc. Life is all about ENJOYING it not working. Am i rite?
