I was thinking the same until yesterday when the dev of another ERC20 token was talking about the future implementation of masternodes. I guess it requires at least a new contract though as the supply is fixed atm.

the profit craze has become too ugly in crypto (and perhaps in today's turbo-capitalism per se).
about time for a movement that embraces the power of love and humanity rather than the love of power and selfish profit!
It won't be an easy road to show people that this is much more fun. But it can be worth it for sure.

the  roadmap is at the beginning, distribution hasn't happened yet and only a little bit has been happening of what can and if it takes off will come.  a Movement for movements. Thanks  for a good start!

The spreadsheet is still subject to changes, the MVT balances have not been finalized. Initial distribution of the Movement tokens should be imminent. New invitees have to be approved. I personally actually hope the final distribution of our tokens to take place after the BTC hard fork in mid November when things hopefully have settled a bit more. Hopefully there are no big delays. Piggy, like you (I think you said that before) I'll follow the whitepaper's call of duty: it asks founding members to be wise and redistribute part of their coins. What I propose is to personally welcome more interested and skilled people as they express their wish to join over the course of time, send them a good amount of tokens to start with, and refer them to the bounty program. To incentivize collaboration. For this purpose I had created the below 3D creator fund sphere, too.

Description: We create a decentralized VR Fund through which we collectively fund and incentivize 3D creators who in turn create desirable 3D objects and experiences for Greenpoint VR and The Movement Headquarter, as well as for respective Sphere's VR implementations, raising the value for the good of everybody

We shouldn't forget that 'founding participant' is not 'worth' more than any other participant who comes in the future. All participants can shape the Movement and get rewarded directly with tokens as well as indirectly as the entire organization's/network's value increases. The train has not departed, it is there for everyone to jump on and join the epic ride.



To all participants and all those who'd like to become involved, let's post more about what we can do and would like to do. I'm extremely interested in Greenpoint and how it will be designed.

Yes, as ethereum token The Movement cann't have masternodes. But there are exists another way to award holders through smart-contract as it's made in Elixir or other similar tokens.

We could also implement it like PosToken did. I am really excited about their holder rewards.

Maybe it is a good idea to distribute all tokens over a longer period to holders.
