Just advising I got a call back directly from stake and they don't wish to resolve it with me in an amicable way. So I have now asked my lawyer to lodge legal action against Eddie and Stake. I will keep you updated with the case however I won't be adding much more than that. I will be providing all the evidence I have to support my claims in court and see what the outcome brings. They of course will try use their financial power to bury me anyway they can but i am not one to stand down.

Anyone else with additional evidence of stake promoting VPN usage feel free to PM me like others have. I will not be replying to any further messages about this issue though. Only PMs.

Reently when i visited stake, i was being asked to accept the new terms and conditions.

Our terms and conditions have been updated, please read the new version below and accept to continue.

I had to accept them before moving on however i would like to ask what is changed in the TOS ?

If anyone has read those terms and know the previuos terms too, can tell us what exactly has changed as this may help the gamblers playing at stake.

Maybe there was some confusion about the rules so they wanted users to confirm them again, just in case.

Its just creates the curoisoty amoung the gamblers as what is changed

Well, those people who do not want to read the Terms of Service, they can again jsut scroll down without reading and click that i read and undersand the terms. I don't think this is any effective way to make read the TOS

A more agressive approah will be to ask user to take a quiz after reading the TOS and once they pass the quiz, they should have rights to access the site

I am curious will stake.com celebrate if Everton still survives in the Premier League next season? Everton only needs 3 more points to secure the place there.

This season there were not much celebration for the partnership with Everton, unlike the previous season with Watford. Previous season Stake gave bonus drop for every Watford's win during the whole season but this season there were less bonus drop. Yes I know because previous season, Eddie's promised bonus drop before the season started and he did not do the same this season. If Everton survive to stay in EPL this season, hopefully they will do a big celebration although I'm not sure how long the partnership with Everton. Will it end this season or will it still active for the next season.

Yes, I got a notification twice on the start page when accessing the site and there is quite a lot of writing about the new provisions that every user must understand, but because there is so much to read, it makes some gamblers feel bored if they have to read and learn everything, so they skip and instantly confirm that agree with the terms.
Actually, reading quite a lot of sentences if it is important and useful is not something that must be avoided, especially regarding the provisions of a site that we use, after all, we also don't want anything to get us into trouble, so it is highly recommended to be able to understand what has been said become the provisions of a gambling site.

It's always on the promotion tabs or at least unique link promotion has been made, there is no single information term & condition contains information about promotion information ~LOL. It's only promotion rules about not abused the promotion and most the time contains in restricted with punishment the account can be block/terminated.

Waggering, and other rules about promotion is always on the promotion category never in t&c.

Probably they haven't made any changes in the terms recently. But some important and notable changes have been made since it was written for the first time. Most of the changes have been made for the requirement of their license provider. The number of restricted countries wasn't much in the past. Stake has added few new countries in the restricted countries' list on time to time to continue with their license provider. A good number of users are still playing on Stake from the restricted region who created their account a few years ago.

Why does it have to always be the last game that will ruin the whole ticket/bet slip, I think this is the third time I am loosing in a roll, I was very confident I was going to win this one, I followed it till the third game was played and yeah, the three games won successfully, I concluded I've won this one and went offline, I went back to stake the next day hoping to make some withdrawals 😂, only to discover that my account was not credited with my winning, I was ready to contact customer but on a second thought, I decided to check my bet ticket first, and on doing so, I discovered I lost in the last game, I felt really disappointed 😥..

@Fivestar4everMVP that’s some hard luck but that’s a normal risk with all parlay bets however I’m glad that you’re yet focused and know your boundaries.

Furthermore @ryzaadit isn’t wrong too assume about your gambling addiction because I know so many gamblers myself included who became gambling addicts without even realising it hence keep this up and don’t let your guard slip as there’s a very thin line between being a gambling addict and a non gambling addict.

It happens my friend because we get so focused when we win the bets that we even forget about losing. The same happened to you because of 3 constant wins you might have thought that winning is in your favor today and the final game has proven that in gambling losing is a reality as well. The final bet is the game changer always and it just ruins ones rhythm of winning.
