Why does it have to always be the last game that will ruin the whole ticket/bet slip, I think this is the third time I am loosing in a roll, I was very confident I was going to win this one, I followed it till the third game was played and yeah, the three games won successfully, I concluded I've won this one and went offline, I went back to stake the next day hoping to make some withdrawals 😂, only to discover that my account was not credited with my winning, I was ready to contact customer but on a second thought, I decided to check my bet ticket first, and on doing so, I discovered I lost in the last game, I felt really disappointed 😥..
And I can't stop asking myself, why is it always the last game that destroys the entire ticket...?.

I hear you, i do combo bets all the time and i even tried to reduce the amount since it failed always towards the end of the list. If you are anxiously waiting and watching live, the dissapointment is even more crushing.

Now i am thinking that if i am not at all sure about the outcome, i just leave those bets out and keep it in 3-5 combo bets. That's not going to bring me millions but maybe after a while it adds up. I save the bets not taken and put those to slots machines. So maybe i'll get lucky there

All I have read online is people never get replies. So what is the deal? How can they be adequately licensing stake.com when they don't address any issues?

I also experienced this very often, even if I think back it was probably more than 50% of my bets that were missed in the last game. It's hard to accept, because we were prepared to win, but we had to fail because the last match we bet on turned out to be our defeat.
My friends and I usually place bets on the same game, and the result is always the same. It's normal to be upset by that, but I made it a joke even from the start. I or my friends always say, that this gamble will be canceled by the last game and surprisingly, it really happened. lol
Only a few times have I succeeded in winning bets without anyone bothering me.

Stake has in no way directly or indirectly "advertised" any service to any Australian citizen. You joined the site on your own, accepting the ToS that was in place.. that specifically mentioned that Australia was on the restricted list.

So by joining and knowing that Australia was on the restricted list, you broke the Australian laws that prohibits you from gambling on any online site that was not "approved" or "licensed" by the Australian government.

Now, you want to go to court and justify your actions by exploiting some loophole that will not stand up in court. Eddie is the co-owner of an offshore business that are regulated by another government.

You might end up by going to court and paying some hefty fines for breaking the law, if you fail. I think that is the real gamble that you need to face.

I just really don't get it ? Why would the court be coming after stake when they do not allow people from Australia to play at their site. If anyone is accessing the stake.com from Australia, it is his fault and he should be called to court to justify this action.

And not like that was a small deal neither, we are talking about 10 million a year, that was a huge one and probably could be the biggest in Evertons history as well, maybe a bit overpaid to do it I suppose. Glad that Everton got away with the season, they are 17th, one spot above what relegation zone was and they stayed in the premier league and should be getting a good return as well.

I think they are going to do a lot better next season, some teams have bad seasons and then they continue to get worse and relegate, some teams have bad seasons but they are one off and they recover and do better later on. I like to believe that Everton is the latter one, they will do much better next season and Stake would get what they paid for in return.

Totally done with Stake. The Bonuses getting really really bad recently. It also seems that I can‘t win anything anymore. The thing is, this user will not stop spamming this thread with his nonsense and nobody from Stake are saying anything about this. This is surely bad publicity for them, if someone are spreading misinformation like this. 

I am also stating the facts that you should abide by the ToS and not try to use some loophole to recover your losses. It only takes one successful court case to open up a group action for claims against Stake for things like this. (Something that could bankrupt the sites and then forcing them to close their doors..... influencing all of us that are gambling there legally)
