Hello Guys, unfortunately I'm having problems with stake.com, they blocked my money (4k euro) without giving any explanations, the support gave me an email because it is not "their department" but no one has answered the email for more than 40 hours.

You need that luck I think. 2 days without any answer is not a good sign. You would not be the first one who got scammed by them. There is a case where somebody was scammed for more than 200 bitcoins.
This information came through a professional lawyer, and he claims Stake.com is one big circus.

If the live support asked you to contact the technical team through mail then it will take a couple of days to get a response from them. Not sure why they have frozen your account but i am sure they will sort your issue in a timely manner. Usually they block the account if the team find something suspicious about your activity, just clear those and even in the thread you did not provide every detail.

Yes, I'm not their customer support but with their name is reputable and based on my experience, they always resolve issues that were being experienced by their customers. That's why I'm telling the guy that they will solve it.

I've seen issues like yours and they always address and solve them and will explain to you what has happened by the right department. I hope that it will be solved as soon as possible.

Yes, but that had been known for a while. I think that is even punishable, running a site online while your license has been revoked. But you can't expect anything else from master scammers like stake.com

Unfortunately, there have been many scam accusations and scams against stake.com
More than you can count. A complaint has now also been filed against them. The license committee has probably received many complaints from this site and has revoked the license. The site is still online but it won't be long before it collapses. I wouldn't play here anymore. they will confiscate your funds

That story with that license is indeed a great circus. The licensing committee found out that Stake is fraudulent and has defrauded people, and then decided to intervene and their license was put on inactive. That's what you get when you engage in fraudulent practices yourself. I also do not get it why somebody of their team thinks it was necessary to open the war with some other site.

What you can do better is simply not deposit anything at all on this site. If you would like to get rid of your money, you must deposit it at stake. You will never see that money again. Then you can give those bitcoins to me even better. The fact that their license was canceled proved enough about their shady business they are running!

Wait, do they have another issue with their regulator ? From what I remember in one of eddie's stream he already made it clear that their license got revoked because of their promotion last month about the lambo and the regulator misunderstood they thought it was an actual lottery rather than a giveaway. Their license seems okay now though.

KYC is not mandatory, is it? As per my experience their KYC system is fast, take less than 24hours.
I'm sure most other sites has the same system where KYC may take up to 2-3 working days.
