It is likely that you failed to check the box 'receive promotion and offers through email' when registering for a stake account. You will certainly solve your issue if you agree to work with stake support. However, it is not a big problem being notified through email service since most of the time some devoted members post when a reload bonus occurs. The same applies almost in all promo they have such as in their forum/telegram challenge, verified users get bigger reward than non verified users. Based on that, we can say that KYC has an effect on bonuses.

It is not about what is your level at that point only, I mean of course that matters a lot and that is one of the most important parts of it. But at the same time how much you wagered recently does play a good role.

If your account is abandoned completely without wagering single cent, it is reasonable if you get so low amount for the bonuses. Although there is something called by based amount but it wont make senses if a casino give you the same amount all the time while you are not playing. Was wondering what everyone was talking about on their livestream a few weeks ago with him purchasing a mansion.
But the amount sounds about right because property in Australia is damn expensive compared to other first world countries.
