Technology is always faster then Laws. In many countries they are very slow in making laws about crypto. I know USA and Netherlands has tax laws about holding and trading them, for other countries I dont know.

That's a good thing. it's what allowed crypto to boom to these levels over the course of just a few years. that and other things as well.

I agree, technology forces laws to catch up to make everything legal and fair for the people. Sometimes it causes safety issues though, like what if i made a self driving drone connected to uber app Cheesy With no laws or infrastructure for it.

From my past experiences, I can say that icos which is this kind of publication before having icos, don't take too long for selling out Smiley

When it starts, act quickly is my main suggestion if you want to participate.

I don't even know about anyone having about this kind of participation before ico. But those who had even some worked out great.

All that hype could do with something more real. Unsure if this was already posted?
https://www.verifiedicos.com/ico/utrust

Analysis Flags
1. Heavy paid marketing campaign
Marketing is essential for an ICO to succeed however, in this case, it can attract too much attention and the project can easily become overvalued. This causes a huge spike after the exchange listing only to drop immediately after. This is something that could occur with the excessive promotion on this project.

2. Regulatory compliance is incomplete
Precaution should be taken when investing in a company that has not been officially qualified by the regulatory structures in their country of operation.

It is overpromoted In my eyes. And the team seems all like a family more than diverse group to me.. I do not know.
Lot of competition out there for this pie

If UTRUST would be working somewhat as Paypal in crypto, would there be a chance that it can be stored in physical cards/hardware wallets also?

Well the UTRUST token is on ethereum, and ethereum can be stored in a physical card/hardware wallet so .. yes why not.

Does paypal have a physical card? Yes, it have.

So why utrust shouldn't. Probably they will make in the future but right now I don't think it is their first priority.
If you see their roadmap, everything is about platform and apps.
So about physical card, maybe they havent decided it yet.

I asked about physical cards quite sime time ago and Kakumei said that for now they have no intention to add theme iirc. Maybe in the future

Yes, it's true it may seem overpromoted. But well, its potential deserves it. As someone pointed out previously, having postponed their ICO until Nov has surely affected.

And which % they will charge for VAT? May they reduce this charge and make less than in Paypal?

What a peculiar question. Have you never paid VAT or sales tax? Tax rates are set by the government of the customer or the seller.

Utrust is a decentralized wallet online, so there shouldn't be taxes unless each government creates laws that charge taxes to cryptocurrencies, in which utrust will include eventually i supposed to get regulated, but in the meanwhile, there is none.

Transparency of transactions, that's what I think allowed cryptocurrencies to evolve that fast. Absence of taxes of course contributed.
However, in the near future other countries will implement some sort of regulation, I'm sure.

they will, but by that time crypto will be mainstream currency. that means taking power away from government to issue money. that will be awesome.

Actually, it is not because of utrust or only on the utrust thread. The whole website having some server issues I guess. Lots of errors and refreshes for me.

I read on the website of Utrust that they dont accept fiat currency if you want to participate in the ICO. Maybe this is a stupid question, but why do they only accept ETH and BTC? I mean if Utrust wants to be the future of online payment, should they not accept also fiat currency?
