Is there a delay in changing the client seed, I can't change the client seed pd said too many request??
Are you spamming the change server seed button? If there are too many requests, wait for a while an try again. |

AFAIK, you can change seed in pd every 1 minute. Dont try to change it multiple times under 1 minute otherwise you looks like trying to do what hufflepuff did |

After i read all this stuff about chat mods and muting i rly dont know what to tell yaa guys .
When it comes to steveds he got recommended by some mods and some people from chat , mainly because he is active on chat a lot .
Now when Stunna asked me what do i think about modding him , i told him that he would be good because he is active but i also told him that he might be to strict and harsh , because i got some reports from him to mute some people for almost nothing at all .
So far i didn't see much of him being to harsh but i also think some mutes and arguments can be prevented with good behavior by mod , its easy to mute somebody when he pisses u of but its not good solution coz he will be back on other acc and that can go on and on and on... I learned that when pokerjet was having that issue with some people on pd.
Zoltan , Hui, Serlite and me , never had that issue because we know how to calm things down without using a mute and its always better than just being quick on the mute command.
Thefrog to is rly chill and that's the attitude u need to have if u want to be good with community and at the same time keep the chat clean and fun .
I think steveds just needs to learn that and he will be good mod.
Also if he doesn't and you guys think he is to harsh and have something to show for it , he can be demoded .
Nothing bad there some people just don't fit in and that's alright .

I didn't expect to create such a large discussion about PD support ahah. I understand Stunna & Edward want to handle support themself for security reasons but it's really a bad idea in term of customers service. It's not very professional and really slow in comparison with others websites (Fortune Jack for exemple..). They should hire someone they trust where they live. My problem is not complicated. I want to remove 2FA because I lost my phone. Only way to remove it is to send an email to support (that's quite stupid by the way). I have sent them a signed message of an address I used in the past. It should be enough to prove I'm not a scammer PS : Still waiting ;-) still support is much big problem for primedice to handle a large number requests each day, about my another account i had to wait to get reply from them almost 19 days for an issue there and i hope so you too get reply very soon maybe in 19 days. I'm still waiting. It's been 10 days. I hesitate to post here every day until they answer my support request... |

Waiting for 10 days for an email reply is just terrible, especially after you have already provided a signed message to prove the legitimacy of the request. Hopefully the new email recovery system will be launched soon ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=208986.msg11347013#msg11347013), and will reduce the number of support requests and clear the backlog. |
