I miss the random Happy Hours!! You guys should bring them back like once a week or something.

ya their software glitched I didnt confirm the bet so therefore I want it back Well, terms and conditions make it pretty clear that you are responsible for all the bets you loose(that you've made). No one nowhere specified that they will give you a warning before certain bets(in this case maximum) so if you see this case technically then you don't deserve your money back, but morally if it glitched(you need to show how) you should get back the money. |

Until now im waiting the pd staff to do further investigations.. they insist that if it wasnt me who did that bet there is someone else who had access to my account and did that bet.. now im waiting that they do ip verification.. i think it was a bug.. and im waiting for more details |

PD is a legit website, i use them for so long time and i never got any issue, scan your pc for maleware and do what other ppl said enable 2FA and change your password.

Because its just probably a glitch/bug and thats what he said :p IIRC same thing happened to another user in the past, his balance is gone without betting but lets wait for what can the support find out about thing if it was a glitch or not |

I think that is more than enough warnings about max bet button ? As for balance "gone" issue. Balance can never disappear. It will be lost on a bet, or tipped to another user or withdrawn. Primedice never had balance vanish from balance. If anything of above happened and you did not authorize it than your account is compromised and somebody else has access to it. Sadly that happens a lot because easy phishing tools that no AV can detect. People use bots, fake "hash hackers" go to fake links like vipdice that is coded to take your balance or your login credentials. We try our best to prevent that by muting/banning those users who attempt that but we cant do it without users realizing what that is. We highly recommend everybody to enable 2fA. |

Listen this was the glitch OK, I was betting I lost my bank roll, I had like 40k left in BTC I hit MAX BET to bet all that 40k of BTC on 12x I lost. I then deposited 0.04 I clicked bet thinking it would bet the same max bet I did to loose my bankroll (the 40k btc bet) and it MAXED out my whole 0.04 thinking it was a max bet and that I had confirmed it. The MAX bet was confirmed with the 40k already so it didnt warn me again, TRY it. I have never ever bet 0.04 on 12x and I have made over 2,346,703 bets on that site. |
