its legal as long as no one else knows I figured out my answer. It is still not legal to play if you are in the United States. When you click deposit it tells you that you have a IP address listed from the USA and are not allowed to play.  |

Remember when online casinos sites started popping up everywhere. They were making mad money until they became illegal in the USA if they weren't certified. No idea why the USA does this. |

For their citizen's ,on PD i have seen people losing 5+ coins in a week and depositing again to recover some and majority of them were from the u.s, USA probably wanted some regulations and control over the gambling and possibly taxing some of them.  Those who are from US and can deposit money are probably using a VPN of some sort and thus bypassed the restriction. However, they ignored the initial warning of playing only when it is allowed in their jurisdiction. The player can get arrested, nothing would happen to PD. |
