Your issue is very hard one. You don't have enough proofs that you are owner of the account from which you want balance of 3.7 btc. That is why its taking a bit longer. I'm waiting for Stunna and Edward to come online together so i can discuss with them if there is enough proof to do that for you.

Sorry for waiting but we are taking serious every single satoshi and we need to make sure it all goes to the rightful owner.

Yeah I'm sorry if it seemed like I was complaining about the support. As I said I was just worried that I have been forgotten. Because PD support was really friendly and tried to help as much as they could (I don't know if you're the one who answered me by mail, not the same pseudo but maybe the same person ^^ ). And i'm perfectly aware that I'm totaly at fault. I'm the one who lost the password, who didn't put a mail and who made a deposit anyway xD

Thanks for everything, I hope we'll find a solution. Anyway I'm thankful for your time.

There was some talk about this already, as i understood Stunna, the bans are automatic by bot and rely on faucet claims made and chat activity.
I can't confirm your case falls into this category, but i believe it does. If you have complaints, better PM Stunna directly, afaik he is the only one who can fix it.

Stunna wouldn't like you on his bad side  Tongue , you're always a special case
I was talking about
We consider faucet abuse using the faucet extensively with no input to the community or betting activity. We won't disclose how we determine botting or else that will allow botters to get around the bans.

The faucet is there for users to test the site & have some fun on the side - It isn't a charity.

We're pretty certain all bans made were legit however if you do have a complaint you can submit a support ticket & we can review your ban.

I have the same experience with Stunna myself, but to be honest i never had a situation quite as "bad" as he does. I advised contacting Stunna
directly because tbh there's just so much that a support can do, and i believe it's him in the end that makes the call on ban appeals.
Anyways it doesn't hurt to try both options, since there's nothing he can lose now, is there

When you get muted by a moderator your faucet is now disabled. This is mainly to encourage better behavior in chat and to make it harder to sell accounts to faucet abusers.

If you feel you were wrongfully muted you can submit a ticket.
