Stouges jump in defence immediately,as expected.Firstly I didn't "abuse" faucet-when I have money I play and deposit and had over 2 btc wagered,when I don't have btc to deposit I play free on site faucet.It is there for  a reason,no?If you do not want gamblers win from faucet,set up rules what does abuse mean exactly?Is it 112 claims a day or more,is it 1 million satoshi won from faucet or more is it whatever rule you want to set,but do not be the ones who want to eat the cake and have it.

Were you faucet farming? I.E. tipping amounts between players while claiming the faucet to make BTC.

I don't use PD any longer and I gamble via Sportsbook.. My odds in winning is greater than dice
Besides you can't even show a credible proof to back up your claim. as I can see it you're just one of the faucet farmers that got banned

No,as I said before,I never farmed faucet.I did bank summs over 50-100k to my  bank account.And I had asked long time ago if it was allowed and the reply was yes,by a mod.My account was over a year old and I didn't break any rules whatsoever and that is the main reason for me to be pissed,also I turned out to be 0.09 btc in the black,so I reckon this was the main reason for the muteban.

First off, I'd like to point out that 2 BTC wagered is nothing, acting like that gives you some kind of senority or immunity to rules is ridiculous.  You can easily get to 1btc wagered with a deposit of 100k, all you have to do is make lots of bets at a 98% win chance.

Faucet abuse is typically considered from how many times a person claims per day.  The faucet is free to use to test the site and strategies and things like that.  The faucet is NOT meant for people to continually farm it all day to make a small income.  As someone said before, PD is not a charity, it's a gambling business.

And Support does an excellent job of resolving tickets and issues, if you were ignored you either A) Kept arguing to the point they stopped caring or B) Have looked into your account statistics and deemed your faucet claims too high for an account with your specific deposit/wagered amounts.

We have people that claim the faucet every 3-5 minutes for hours and hours each day, resulting in hundreds of faucet claims and thousands at the end of the month, and a lot of these people are in fact bots, or people that don't contribute anything to the community or chat.

i can access the site without any problem, i also tried to roll some bets and it went thru. try clearing your cookies and cache maybe it can help you to solve the problem

I think the statement was supposed to suggest that after several exchanges, Support recognized that the user's position and PD's position were irreconcilable, and thus moved on to more recent tickets rather than basically perpetuating an endless argument with the user.
(I've heard a number of stories like that from PD Support, sometimes they just can't comply with a user's requests/demands.)

yeah ,i know how support works or acts and how they respond to stuff but the way he says looks like the same arrogant fastdice admin who thinks he is doing a favor to people by running a casino and stunna is opposite to that.

They'll do whatever it takes to justify their wrong doings. I think if you do some calculations by using the faucet you will actually get a decent amount of free money.

Not sure about this but i think faucet should only to be claimed for testing site or for setting up strategy with 1sats base bet.
Thats faucet for me. When im ready to play i will deposit for sure.

Here's my deal with the faucet thing. I've mentioned it   earlier but  let's see if I can explain this better:


It's being said that the point of the faucet  is to test out strategies and so forth. Ok fine. But If I were to deposit, I am met with:

Isn't there something contradictory here?  To me that was fun. Did I use it a lot? sure. Did I  throw it on other websites to gamble more? (poker,sports, etc) sure. But what was I supposed to do? I mean.. I was having fun.. I don't know any other way to explain it. lol. And the site hoped I did.  I did deposit when I was allowed to though but now my  only choice was to... have fun.


I am trying to be nice here but you can't tell me I can use the faucet only then say I am abusing it because I used it.

finally: , no I've never abused/spammed the chat in any way (I've already said I usually keep to myself) and support gave me the runaround.
