Right it is a small amount and you can only claim it with a zero account balance, but that is Stunna's policy. What are your win chance, and how many bets have you made in total in that 8 hours? Without these two pieces of info, it is impossible for us to know how unlikely it is to encounter the streaks. Generally speaking, long streaks would not be a rare event if you have made thousands or tens of thousands of bets or even more.

lol i played x990 for about a week when i had the time, and before the faucet was lowered - gave up in the end, not a single hit even tho i was
close few times, but i was on the opposite side playing under 0.1 instead of over 99.9. It was so annoying that i gave up.

Remove the "Too many login attempts have been made" thing, please. Multiple people try login to my account and it makes me not able to login to my account.

That happens mostly when you have multiple accounts and you switch between them very fast. Try to avoid that and you wont have any problems .

 Fee there is 0.000981 . Which is much more than 0.0001 btc and it was actually recomended fee for that transaction but blockchain is sometimes weird.

Just a few things I'd like to address here, maybe I can help clear a few things up.  The whole reason the "too many login attempts have been made" error even exists and locks you out of your account is to prevent people from brute-forcing your password.  The fact that people lock themselves out when switching accounts frequently is purely coincedental.

Typically it's a 1-2 hour wait.  And like I said before, it's a security measure.  All you have to do to avoid it is change accounts less often.

In addition, decreasing the wait time for people that have larger wagered amounts wouldn't do anything except make those individuals more susceptible to brute-forcing.  On top of that, Mods like myself don't have the power you might think we do.  That error is part of the backend, something we don't have access to.  The only thing Mods can do is Mute and Unmute.  That's the only difference.  We don't see anything differently than regular users do.
