he took a risk and it paid off.
That's true too. He risked his own coins to bankroll the site rather than going the safer route and crowd-funding the bankroll. He could have lost it all. So don't be mad if he won and doesn't want to give it all back via the faucet.

He didn't use anybody . Nobody forced u to be in sig campaign or be on chat and use faucet. U wanted that , and u got paid for advertising. In my opinion way to much, to me as far as sig campaign is concerned WE used him.
As for faucet again he isn't using anybody . He is offering HUGE faucet , yes maybe as a marketing , not rly to help us earn something but still sure help new people learn about the site and bitcoin.
I just can't believe some people can say "he used us" while in fact we are using him. People are abusing faucet and using him and PD , every day.
Both sig campaign and faucet has mutual benefit , but i think it benefits US much more than HIM.
So saying that he used us rly its just ... Idk i don't have comment on that.
He used us as in "Community is everything marketing", community is nothing in his eyes, he made this to make BTC and achieved his goal - by removing faucet he is removing almost all community, I am not blaming him it's a smart move but it's a greedy move too. I haven't used him I am minus profit on the site, I have offered a great amount of tips of how to improve the site, I have helped him out in several ways. You can ask him this yourself and search my previous posts in this thread. It benefits us more than him? He's a smart guy made a huge investment in those campaigns, rains, faucets and made a fortune.Which other dice site has faucet ? Removing faucet won't remove almost nobody from community. There are no better dice sites than pd so idk where they will go, other than other faucets that gives out dust compared to pd. I disagree with u on almost everything u said. And we will never agree on this so no point in arguing anymore. Im for the faucet to stay , as i said . As for everything else. I know u are not right about that, i was talking to Stunna about everything , and i know how much he cares about community and how much he helped most of us. U can call me fan boy of pd. I don't mind that. I am one. And i am one for a good reasons. I will even print some primedice T shirts , and do some pd teacups . Will explain why when i do that . Which other site has faucet? I don't know there is one but it's a scam. I haven't been looking around for them. But I know flippoker had faucet and that site was legit (I know the owner IRL). What I mean by removing is that the leechers will be gone. They have no buissness here anymore, so they go look elsewhere. I get the point on arguing thing, people are too stubborn to change their mind, like arguing politics. I have nothing against you Micro I like you, you have been doing a great job as mod - as I said all respect to the mods. You say you talk to stunna, but why did he ask for the faucet ideas when he doesn't listen to them? As I've previously stated there has been at least 10 GOOD suggestions on how to solve the problem, but the best ones cost BTC. He reads this and he does listen to advice's on here . And as u can see , faucet is not yet turned off and nothing is replacing it yet. So he probably didn't find any of solutions like rly good one. Maybe he is waiting to find a good one . We will see. But asking community for opinions clearly says he does care about community otherwise he would just do what he wants to do . Leechers are very welcome to go look elsewhere. They cost pd money , they make mods jobs much harder, they don't contribute to community or pd in any way. So i would say they are very welcome to go look elsewhere. (that is not official pd statement , that's my opinion. Idk maybe Stunna likes them . )

Stunna, have you done analysis on the faucet claims like how many claims are made by real bettors (those deposited and played regularly) and how many claims are made by leechers (those never deposited but just played with faucet again and again)?

Some people did deposit just to get wagered up so they get more faucet . And now they are complaining how they invested in bigger faucet and its not fair to remove it Some even say they should get that coins back if faucet is removed ... Like RLY LOL .

Do this and place an IP ban on them could be a solution right on the top of my head.

greed is king in crypto! ~ get to know
This statement couldnt be more false, but like anything where money or investments are concerned the greedy flock to it like flies to shit. Sadly the majority of people get involved because of their greed, but this is not what bitcoin is about. what is it about then ? id say bitcoin is around 91% scammers, hackers and get-rich-quick schemes! :\ Maybe you fall into one of these groups but I certainly dont. Just because there's lots of scammers about isn't bitcoin's fault or problem. That's natural, but there are far more decent people who just believe in bitcoin and want it to suceed.

Stunna & Crew -- Here's my idea regarding the current faucet and how it could change for the better. It's a difficult one for me to explain, so hopefully its understood what my idea is. - Allow users to have a "faucet address" that they can deposit to.
- There is a max amount of BTC that can be requested from this address (say, ~5,000-10,000 sats) every 60 seconds. So I deposit .01 BTC that'll keep me good for 200 faucet claims at 5,000 sats a claim.
- If you withdraw from this address, you relinquish your ability to claim a faucet.
- Levelling at the site can act as "interest accrued" and your faucet balance can be increased simply by playing more
- The higher the balance you have in this account, the more interest you accrue. Kind of similar to investing in the bankroll, but not attached to the bankroll
- Lower level (first timer) accounts can automatically get 5,000 sats deposited to this account with a 250 sat limit. Again, leveling helps increase the amount claimable
Obviously there's a lot more ideas that could revolve around this that I haven't listed, but it's just an idea that can be built upon. Or shunned as being fucking retarded. You decide.

farm the faucet much? I think the faucet should remain because it provides an easy entry for new players to get to know the site and eventually become a depositing player. Furthermore, despite the spamming, it makes the site look active in chat and that is always good. I however would remove the effect the number posts has on level as it adds nothing and only incourages spamming. imho. Don't really have a suggestion on how to deal with faucet farming or support mails other than just deleting those mails and reflect that in the Faq. People are getting free btc and do not have a right to complain about it imho.

I'm very curious what all these support emails are and what the people are saying that can't be either canned responses or simple additions to the FAQ. One more bullet point to add to my list above is to limit the amount depositable to this "faucet account" to avoid 50 BTC whales coming in to farm interest.

Ok here is what I think: Stunna has used the community as a tool and nothing more. He does not give 2 shits about the community, just look in the past;
Stunna is running a business. He pays for signatures when it makes economical sense to do so. He advertises the site however he thinks will have the best response. That's what businesses do. 1.3+ billion bets it doesn't take a genious to figure out that Stunna has made enough money and then some to live life in luxury.
You can't work out anything about how well he has done from just the number of bets on a site where the overwhelming majority of those bets are dust bets made with faucet payments... The site no longer publishes the amount wagered, only the number of bets, but when it stopped, it had been looking like this: Tue Sep 30 11:14:09 PDT 2014 BTC WAGERED: 479,855.2881 TOTAL BETS: 1,165,821,154 Wed Oct 1 09:26:44 PDT 2014 BTC WAGERED: 481,527.3520 TOTAL BETS: 1,173,764,666 Thu Oct 2 11:09:28 PDT 2014 BTC WAGERED: 484,587.2089 TOTAL BETS: 1,184,083,585 In the last 2 days they had 20 million bets wagering a total of 5000 BTC. That's an average of 0.00025 BTC per bet - much smaller than any of the other popular sites. Stunna is a false greedy intelligent person - he could easy keep faucet up and still have enough, he has the money to hire way more staff but he doesn't need to. If he cared about the community he would keep the wallet and increased the staff to deal with problems. Go get me fanboys but come with valid arguments.
I'm not a fanboi, but I don't think any of this makes Stunna a bad person. Stunna is a businessman. We have no idea how much his site has made or how much it has paid out to developers, hosting fees, funding the faucet, etc. Even if he has done very well from the site, he doesn't owe you the right to use a faucet on his site indefinitely. It has been pretty clear that the site has been having trouble running smoothly at various times through its life. I get the impression that it has been better recently, but even then there have been problems with the chat lagging. Now maybe that's a good old fashioned DDoSing, but maybe the hoards of faucet users doesn't help either. If they're also overwhelming the support people with their calls free money then maybe it does make business sense to knock it on the head. Made a large reply to this but I previewed it and went back it was gone. Even if it's smaller than any of the other popular sites (which btw? PD3 pretty much monopoly now) it's still fortune amounts. Just gonna say this: I don't think Stunna is a bad guy like most of you seems to believe.
