I guess the level of security of Bitcoin is really high. It has maintained its good and clean name regarding security. Unlike some altcoins that have experienced a lot of hacking in its history, Bitcoin has been known to have kept itself safe from all these. Even Ethereum has experienced several huge hacking in the past. There are hacking related to Bitcoin of course, but many of these are actually related to individual accounts. Hackers are always everywhere.

In terms of network security, extreme measures have been put into consideration as to prevent hackers from hacking the network. But in terms of usage, it has not been globally accepted and as such, the security is not 100 percent.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

While a lot of people disrespect bitcoin daily it hasnt been hacked or something similar ever.
That's what make bitcoin so secure, it develop has been the longest and the best over the years.

Yes, bitcoin is really secure. Blockchain is the safe and secure system because Blockchain is series of blocks that store data in Hash functions with the timestamp that's why data cannot be hack.

bitcoins are safe, given the fact that you have to have a wallet, the wallet itself is generated by password, and you need to enter a password, pin, or passphrase to access your wallet. The wallet itself becomes bitcoin to be stored in your wallet, give important details to your wallet and keep where your coins are, whether it's a desktop wallet or a ledger, do not be careless.

Unless you are dumb enough to enter phishing websites or give your access codes or keys to someone , your wallet will be very secure because these websites are dead serious about their security measures and won't be risking their reputation or the millions of dollars that people are storing in their data bases

The safety of bitcoin depends on us.
Change passwords from a purse more often, although it's impossible to completely protect yourself... because there are so many ways to steal purses.

I think it's possible that bitcoin prices are high today and millions are also using bitcoin so for sure it's safe because I'm not risky for you bitcoin for sure you can not even get here I can risky or not bitcoin for sure you'll earn it. But for others they still need to be careful because I'm going to put all their money on bitcoin with the risk of losing their money, so they fear bitcoin.

Yes,I totally agree with you, just your own carelessness that makes you feel Bitcoin unsafe and true it will not be easy to government if Bitcoin is banned,Bitcoin will keep going because Bitcoin is around the world and Bitcoin is decentralized.
Bitcoin is an excellent source of income and a very profitable place to trade and I think Bitcoin is a great future.

The company hire high calibre IT experts and provides a high sercurity; from this I think the bitcoin is a secure company for investments so you are reast assured that your money is in the right people and good hands.
Aside from that the company is legit and operate in accordance of the law.

Bitcoin itself is secure. But the securities of Bitcoin user will depend on how much securities the wallet they are using.
Also it depend on the user if he/she is careless on his/her account or securities of the account.

Bitcoin itself is secure that is why no one can replicate it. What make it not secure is the way we store it. We make most of our transaction online making it vulnerable.

Yes,bitcoin is really secure. No one can steal bitcoins, except for our own carelessness. Bitcoin security depends on ourselves. So we must always be vigilant in keeping our account .so hackers do not steal it,my friend there who lost bitcoin it all because of carelessness. It is impossible to hack because it has a special wallet to keep secure.

yes bitcoin is very much secure, I think the reason why most of the bitcoin being hacked is because of human fault. They sometimes gave their private key to others or there private key is being hacked on there computer that is why there bitcoin is hacked by others. When a bitcoin is hacked I think the only possible reason is the user is just careless with his/her private key.
