It's really great, now that all updates are kept in one place. But I can't seem to find Stash main chatroom on Telegram.

I also do not find any chat on the telegram channel, which I found there is only updates from Stash news but at least this smart idea from there we will know the progress of this project.

I managed to signup and receive the email confirmation from nebula. Can i ask what email provider are you using? Maybe Nebula's email server does not comply with CAN-SPAM.

Nice to hear that . They need to work on with their email confirmation or email smtp server. It really delays their automated processes.
