It's worthy to keep bitcoins if price is falling, it will recover sooner or later, and gain some more value, but some coins have straight way down and its not smart to keep any altcoin. i think I am a good respondent towards the time when the prices are falling even I wait for the right time to sell my bitcoin at a rate on which I am not bearing the loss. I can hold my bitcoin and other altcoins so at a proper time I sale my crypto currency protect myself from big loss.

I don’t really know, but I do have the habit of withdrawing my funds whenever I feel like the price will go below the rate I invested on, but I don’t actually mean that I withdraw all, I do leave some of them of course. To break it down– what I actually do is if I invested at the rate of $2000, and price goes as high as $7000, and then there happens to be a fall, if it reduces to about $6000 or $5000 I will withdraw like 50%, and then wait again to see if price will go up, if it still plummets, maybe down to $2500, I will take out 30% and leave the remaining 20%.... So let’s say it goes down to $1000 and then starts growing back up and reaches $1500, I will immediately invest back my money and wait for another profit. That’s it, I don’t how you guys does yours.

Dear mate the sketch that you have drawn for the withdrawal of BTC is quite annoying which has no connection to the real world withdrawals. It's seems like you were trying to make a good story but unfortunately the figures of the price don't make any sense.
Withdrawing your funds is as difficult job as investing funds. You have to keep an eye on the market to determine the right time for your funds withdrawal. I made drawing of my funds recently when I read that segwit2X is postponed. I was lucky enough that the time I withdraw them the price was not highly affected with this news. Later on it proved to be destructive.

That is the best mentality when the value of your coins is decreasing. Just hold on your coins because the value will still increase again after a few months and its a bad idea to sell your coins without thinking and you will lost all your profit.
