Hello. I have a folio of BTC, ETH, NEO and some alts. I've been watching at Bitcoin since 2015 but bought only at this summer (and the last move was quite bad, I bought some BTC for $4600). I try to study, watch vids, read forum and twitters. Chris Dunn has a vid on the topic but nothing really specific. I'm interested in some ideas about what to do when prices are falling. Sell alts and hold bitcoin? Short? (and if yes, so the next question is how to learn how to short?).
The best thing to do when prices are falling is to hold onto whatever coin you are trading. A lot of people usually panic and trade with even thinking about the capital spent in buying the coins they intend to trade. This is a common mistake for some traders. For me, you should always keep in mind that if you trade when prices are falling it will all just go to waste. |

If the price is falling just hold your coin dont panic have some chill and drink water, put your bid in dip catch all the coins from dumpers.

Well i had made into the last 2 weeks a very risky transactions, i went into some altcoin when bitcoin were around 9000 dollars, and well soo far the investment i had made hasnt been able to ROI, im holding it and without any rush to sell the coins at loss, im pretty sure the coin will be pumped into bigger levels, and i dont need to rush to sell the coins for now, but Nasdaq does makes me get worry since im expecting a bigger bitcoin value, wich would mean i wont be able to recover mine investment soo easy.
Panicking will lead to the loss so avoid it as much as possible simply hold bitcoins in time of falling because price is just matter of time and it will not take time to rise back instead of throwing coin on loss it’s better to hold which will not give a single penny loss as well and this technique is of the successful investors and those who adopted this techniques is counting his profit with both hand and you may be the next one if you do same. |

If the price are falling and you are losing value by the day on your altcoin , it will be good to average down (provided you are holding good alt) you may schedule your buying in batches.
I suggest the best thing one can do in such situation is to first discuss it with others and know their thoughts. If you believe or something tells you that the price will rise back up to a higher rate then leave your investment there and it will grow back up for you to make profits. But if you are seeing it in a way that it won’t going up for a long time, and that price is finally falling, then it would be best to withdraw immediately when you still have some profits left. |

Price fall is a part of price of bitcoin, it is not always pump sometimes it is dump. Hold bitcoin, play with alts. There are alts like eth and litecoin that have the potential in the future to be like btc. Bitcoin will always be bitcoin so the best thing to do with it is to keep it until the price breaks the roof. Be patient with your holdings. Price dips happen all the time so it should trigger any emotions from you |

When the prices are falling its better to buy coins instead of selling.The price may flctuate and one should not worry it generally happens in trading.During price fall you must buy coins and should sell when price may hike in future date..

It depends on your trading style. If you are a day trader, you can sell and buy back at a lower price. But if you are a long term trader you can hold it. Follow the trend. Sell only when you see that trend is changing. Hope it helps you.

wow u know it since 2015 and just bought in 2017?
if u are a long term trader just leave it be , if u are a day trader , trade with just some part of ur bitcoin not all of it , please take some risk!

Noting to do when the price go down because its normal and it can happen any time any place and its not will be the first time to happen in past it happen so many time so we need to just focus on our work because bitcoin is such a currency which change its price in a short time from low to high so no need to make panic our little wait can help us and if we make panic then we can lose money so our small mistake can take us back. Not only Bitcoin, the volatility of cryptocurrency market all depend on the mentalitity of traders. The government can't manage this fluctuation, that's the reason the whale can take advantage to make the cryptocurrency market be crazy like now. All cryptocurrencies are increasing, only Bitcoin keep stable the value  . |

When the prices are falling the only thing to do is to wait for them to come at your price. By doing so I have quite low loses because you can lose too much from alts so the best thing is to wait.

If prices are falling it is the time to buy some coins. If you have already that coins that is falling down, don't panic sell just wait it will probably will go up again. Patience is a virtue. You need lot of patience when you engage in trading business.

You can this on both. One is you will hold the coin if prices are falling and wait until it will pump again. Two is you can more of it to lessen you lose so that you will not down so too much.

I often find out why the coin I am buying is discounted. If it's bad news then I'll keep it, if coin is having problems from its inside then I'll sell it. In business the conservation of capital is extremely important.

My Regularly do when the price is falling like bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and others cryptocurrency. I panic buying because I believe it will rise again and again. We know that if the price is falling, that is time to buy. If you see the price on the top or high its time to sell.

spend all that money on bitcoin. cause it will surely race afterwhile. just like the ball reacts when it fall hard. "the harder the fall the higher of its bounce." actually bitcoin today is totally far from the last passing weeks. and if a huge falling happen on bitcoin, this is the time for those who want to see what bitcoin can offer.

Saat harga bitcoin jatuh jaganlah bersedih karna kita pernah mendapatkan nilai bitcoin saat tinggi...
Jadi mari semangat mengumpulkan coin dengan cara dibeli atau dengan cara lain.... Untung untung bitcoin naik Lagi nilainya...

When price of bitcoin falls, the best way you can do is buy bitcoin. Then hold it. Wait until the price goes up again, then you may sell it. Sell it when you will have a bigger profit, like 50%.. Besides, bitcoin's price fluctuates and is very unpredictable. I know it will continue to rise on the succeeding months aor years

No one rule is only invest what you can afford to lose, even when it comes to Bitcoin and Altcoins. No2. You need to really grow b*lls of steel, nerves of iron and a concrete belly if you want to remain sane in this space lol. No3: Only get into altcoins you want to hold for long term and average down your dollar buys in the dips. I have learnt to do this slowly, over time.No.4: If you don't have a calm temperament, don't day trade. No.5: Set your course and chart it for yearly intervals, come back next year and see how your altcoins have mooned. I have decided to invest in coins that I feel in a year from now will hold great potential and set yourself certain entry and exit targets, if you want to cash out a certain amount.
