What I usually do if prices are falling most specially if the coins are very low, I would buy more coins from a much lower price and your total amount of couns would then be divided; the result would be lesser losses. Read or research on google about books or ebooks on trading.
I agree, basically it is the most effective in all trading business. You will buy when the price is low because it will save you a lot of money than buying in the time of much higher value. Also, you can invest more and more product when the price is low, so then when the price is higher your profit will be much more higher. |

When price of bitcoin falls, the best way you can do is buy bitcoin. Then hold it. Wait until the price goes up again, then you may sell it. Sell it when you will have a bigger profit, like 50%.. Besides, bitcoin's price fluctuates and is very unpredictable. I know it will continue to rise on the succeeding months aor years
This is exactly what old bitcoiners do during dumps. They know very well about the ability of bitcoin to increase in value over short time period especially it pumps hard when recently it has gone through some dump. I believe that holding bitcoin for long time span is the best method of earning huge profits with bitcoin. Holding poses no threat to your investment as often faced by people in trading. |

e when bitcoin price rise the price of alts fall and the value of bitcoin rise if you follow your strategy tmyou ll make a good profit
ill keep holding it even the price of bitcoin was falling down. ill wait for the exact time and day when the bitcoin will rise again. holding coin is not a big deal to me. its my coin already. ill gamble my coin in the sake of my future wife and children. ill make sure that i gave to them a better life. |

For you to have a better chance to earn you would always consider the dumping price if every coin as an opportunity for you to earn because if you will buy coin in terms of the low price yoy could earn in the future regardless the price of Bitcoin when you bought it because Bitcoin price also developing and could put resulting for a more chance of earn and a bigger profit. When the prices are falling down in the market, one will have to wait patiently when the prices are coming down and should not be in a panic at the time of falling of the prices as it always bounce back. In case of bitcoin you should not be worried very much as it has the potential to sustain in the market. You will get profit if you keep the bitcoin for longer time. |

I am delighted when the prices start to fall. because I can buy more with cash on hand. Because when I fall down I know it will rise again. I look forward to the next 2 years. I see all my investments as 2 years. and the crypto does not hurt in 2 years. ether and bitcoin will not hurt.

It depends on my correct position on the market. If it happens that I'm in a buy position already when it begins to drop, i will exit the trade and accept either my loss or profit and also analyze the coin to know when to have a good entry.

Hello. I have a folio of BTC, ETH, NEO and some alts. I've been watching at Bitcoin since 2015 but bought only at this summer (and the last move was quite bad, I bought some BTC for $4600). I try to study, watch vids, read forum and twitters. Chris Dunn has a vid on the topic but nothing really specific. I'm interested in some ideas about what to do when prices are falling. Sell alts and hold bitcoin? Short? (and if yes, so the next question is how to learn how to short?).
Bitcoin is full of potential so we don't need to worry if we see the price of the bitcoin is going down. Bitcoin is too volatile, so it is normal that the price of the bitcoin is going down and going up. |

If you get the price of a coin is falling you seem to be patient waiting for it to go back up the price. And if the price you invest is Bitcoin it looks like a good move you are buying as much Bitcoin.  Fantastic strategy. This is good, if you will go under this plan you will be making some extra ordinary results out of them. Bitcoins are so much amazing and if you are holding them in time of falling, they will be getting potential and return back with much power and force. Don’t wait too long if you have altcoins with you because they don’t have boost in rehabilitation mood. If the price go down so I will not or lose I will still keep in touch with bitcoin because bitcoin is the only currency which believe on come back so if we see that the price of bitcoin is drop so we need to give some time to it because it will be come back soon and from the first day bitcoin is facing it and still its users are going to increased day by day but I believe that bitcoin is good then other crypto because a lot of crypto when drop its price so it never come back. |

In my personal experience, I think this purely depends on what alts is falling or if BTC is falling (I don't trade BTC now, prices and fees are too high). If the alts go on red and BTC is up then choose the best alternative coin that has a potential to grow. And make your BTC as a payment if you do have some funds, and still it is the best way to acquire the most coins in a cheaper price so you better know what you are buying. dont forget to ride the dump and never forget to sell your coins before the dump is really dip and then your profit can give you a buy back on some coins. The market is really volatile and I think we must be extra careful these days but to some traders volatile markets are the best way to earn money. |

Now on the market we can see anti-directional correlation of few alts like bch, neo etc with btc. If you cant trade it is good idea to diversificate your portfolio using that alts.

Not all decrease in prices are good signals for buying more coins. Sometimes it can indicate that coin's bubble (this is the worst case scenario). It is better to be updated about that coin's activities to know when to buy more of it or stop investing.
That's right, I think the major problem is maturity of people want to earn money at once without spending any time and energy. Short term trading is always risky you cannot predict that prices will go up. The best thing is to make proper study about any coin you want to invest and then make your long term plan in order to earn good from your investment. Prices will fluctuate at present but in the long term they will give you best Returns. |

which I will do when bitcoin prices go down by collecting or buying as much as I want and bitcoin will resell when prices start to rise. This is one way we invest to achieve many profits. But we also have to wait patiently for the increased sale price of bitcoin.

In my personal thinking I believe it's good to keep hold of the coin when the price continues to drop in value. At some point surely the price increases, only very few assets never pump back providing the opportunity to sell and make a bigger earning. One such that happened in the recent days is the octonox.

It depends on the coin, I'm feeling very hesitant about bitcoin this days. I'm buying more in the deep some projects I trust a bit between 1M and 40M market cap... And probably I'm wrong considering I see lots of coins and tokens making even more growth from considerably higher market caps.

Just hold, don't scare  yes .. better to hold it when the price goes down and wait for the price to go up again and it's time to buy bitcoin at a low price to hold it until the price goes up .. and I'm sure the bitcoin price drop is only temporary and the nati will rise again and I will not waste - give this a chance and I will buy it as much as possible and to hold it waiting for the highest price and I will get a big advantage to enjoy it and it is so much fun. |

i usually but stop loss in my trading and yeah i get sad when they fall but i know if i'm paitent i shall get rewarded! I will still remain with bitcoin I will not cut from bitcoin because bitcoin did a lot for me when there was a tough time for me and I can forget the way bitcoin help me and the fact is that’s its price can also go down some time because it’s a very good currency and it want to be on the top of all currencies because its mission is to end the world poverty and for that bitcoin need to be more popular and strong so bitcoin price will be always high. |
