the main thing is to find your own kind of meditation, because meditations are different, and many people try one kind that they didn't like, then they say that this doesn't work with them...when a person finds his meditation and uses it, he really becomes happier and harmonious

What I discovered is that you need a lot of patience and persistence before to see any results.
It's the same if you go to the gym: you need time to see any improvement.
But after a little... well, meditation changes your life, really

I agree: I tried a lot of time to start a meditation program, but it's boring and time consuming.

Well , though i didn’t do it everyday but based on what i’ve experienced and based in what i saw to those person who doing it . Their body get relaxed and they getting a peaceful mind .

What are the most amazing benefits of mediation ?

It helps me to relax and feels that i am totally free from stress.
From what I can see, most people say that meditation helps them to relax but I can relax using other means as well. Listening to music and watching sitcoms have the same effects as well.

There are studies that suggest that meditation or guided imagery can rid our system with free radicals brought about by stress. These free radicals are the ones responsible fpr cancer development in a person.that is why meditation plays a very good role in preventing camer.

I think meditation can calm the mind,
Because in meditation we learn to concentrate fully, so as to perfect meditation and the flow of blood in the body will flow perfectly because it is pumped by the lungs perfectly,

What are the most amazing benefits of mediation ?

Meditation is a way to relax our mind set. To give us a relief in any problems. Meditation gives us positive reflection to the things around us.  During my meditation session, it relax my body and soul. I breath like I have no problem at all  and gives me  peace of mind. I felt that I'm in the middle of the mountain with fresh air and very silent environment. No traffic, no cars, no war, to fighting, etc.

It helps to release some stress and the negative vibes that you have. It helps to make you feel so relax and out of stress. It also helps to condition your body.

I want to tell you about my experience with meditation,i started only few months ago i was very interested because my partner has  started to meditation many years ago and he found a lot of benefits,for example he is more relaxed an less angry.For me is different,i felt less relax than him and i sow my body as in the air,like a ghost,was very strange.So i think that the benefits are very personal and ,the most important things,you have to meditate often.Not one per month.

Meditation clears your mind and refocuses you removing any and all distractions. Meditation of course calms you down to a point. This also makes you step back to see the bigger picture of your current predicament. In this state you could make your decisions since no emotions distract you. There many kinds of ways that you can meditate. One is the exercise called Yoga. Your body and mind work together in harmony so that you can find your inner peace. In Christianity, you can also meditate by reading the Lord’s word in the Bible.

You will be able to have a calm mind which will free from hatefulness of the thoughts.
