Whenever I try to meditate, I got easily distracted. As much as I want to, for my mind to relax as well, maybe I should have a mentor to be able to perform the meditation successfully.

meditation allows you to step back from problems and calm your mind for at least a few minutes...it's a very good practice when you know how to do it


It was very important practice these days,  especially because of the changing world. Most of us tend to get stressed easily because of the situation we faced or the surroundings and the simplest and efficient way to lessen the stress is to meditate.

motivation makes you focus in something. and in meditation, your mind will become peaceful that can think better than a normal person.

i always want to meditate when i have a work to do. it makes me feel like i can do anything and i can do my work fast. so i make myself at my room alone then start to work.

Meditation is related with concentrate in mind. The true benefit i think to erase mind problem that can make stress.Heart also more calm when you did meditation.

The benefits of meditation is that it reduces stress, it will give us concentration to what we are supposed to do, it will encourage us to do healthy lifestyle, it will increase our self-awareness, it will increase our happiness, it will also increase our acceptance to the truth, it slows aging so we will not look older than our age. Many people go to meditation.I honestly don't like meditation.It calms people.When people are nervous, when they in a problems go to meditation.It's a waste of time for me.

Just like sleep, originally scientists thought meditation was like switching off the brain, instead they found the brain activity increase especially in prefrontal cortex, that's where our most complex thoughts are located.

Meditation is like turning the brain in a diagnostic phase, neural connections reorganize and thinking improve subsequently. Once, I was of the opinion meditation was a lost of time...today I changed completely ideas  Smiley

The benefits of it is relax , peace of mind , to relieve stress during the day and at the end of the day. The most amazing benefits of meditation I think is , it's the way communicating to our God , empty your brain something like that. We need this to just relax our body our spirit and our soul.
