I need to create another account, too much exchanges right now  Cheesy

Its only first exchange. I hope they will hit to other exchanges as well. Like Binance etc..

It would be really nice if Bitfinex listed it... but I'd still settle with Bittrex and HitBTC

no it will not be an other fork eth to fix this bug, those who have funds frozen(ico included) let s say bad luck, luckily gatcoin seems will have no consequences from bug...

i hope so to, that gatcoin does not have any problems regarding the wallet.

but on the other hand, 150million dollar locked up is not small money, i guess we will see a eth fork coming if they cannot unlock those wallets.

Well I don't know.. Vitalik is actually not very pro-ico's and he stated on twitter that he's not responding to the wallet issue. (for now)

Would there be any side-effects from a hypothetical Ethereum hard fork that could affect Gatcoin?

I don't think so, if there will be a hard fork (which I doubt according to the tweets of Vitalik) it won't affect anything except the way smart contracts are coded.

It's more about ethics,  they claim To be immutable so they better don't fork or vitalik 's credibility is gone. And btw why not fork in july when  $30 M got lost then?

Exactly .. It's really bad for all the ICO's who have lost their funds on this Parity wallet, but I do not think forking again is a good idea. What are they going to call it now?
ETPH ? Ethereum Parity Hack F ?

Exactly, since everyone can develop on ethereum, something like this is bound to happen! I prefer ETC where devs are overall more meticulous

But ETC has not so much support, or? And parity is not ETH so you can't blame it on the ETH devs in the end. Why do you think ETC would be a better option?

The Parity team should have had their code audited several times over before publishing. But Ethereum could also have set a more sensible default for function visibility for example.

I think coss is a very nice exchange for the start of gatcoin, right after the ico we will be able to start trading the token on coss, and I think that many exchanges will come really soon, gatcoin will become very popular I think and the trading volume can be huge.

Its nice to know that GATCOIN has a long period of public pre sale and public token sale combined. This will enable a lot of investors to participate in it.

All is depending on the exchange.. Some exchanges can make or break a coin.. depending on the public for that exchange.
There are a few exchanges that would not do right for this coin, others would be perfect.
just a pitty that some of them ask high rates to get them listed.

Exactly, its mere existence has probably set the adoption of decentralised many months back due to most people who try it being put off by its UX

Does it have daily withdrawal limits? Has it unexpectedly closed your account? Does it ask several Bitcoin to list an asset? Will staff be able to close it down? Does it put wallets under maintenance for an unspecified amount of time? Has it closed trading pairs without warning? Does it own your private keys?

Then it is not on of the worst exchanges that ever existed.

In my opinion parity is extremely vulnerable for any cyber attacks so I still can't understand why so many people are still using it

Or why ICOs are risking tens of millions of dollars worth of Eth to an open source wallet they have not checked or audited. If they control so much money do you not agree they are responsible for checking their tools?

If we have excahnges out of ICO, then it will be difficult for whales to manipulate the price, its good news that we already have one Excahnge to be after ICO, we only need some others and we are set to the moon, I like this proejct, is a solid and secure investment.
