Would you be interested in a cryptocurrency with its own blockchain that can easily be mined on both android and iOS phones?
Mining on mobile is really a good ideal. If you are interested, start the project. I fully support you and also interested to participated in it.
Yes the idea is good but i do not think your mobile will work well if it will run for a month over heating is one of the problem on mobile phone mining. Also the OS of mobile is not like a computer which can operate a month or a year without turning off. That is why i think it is not profitable much better to focus on trading than mining.

Electroneum is doing this, but it is a stimulated mining experience as mobile phones do not have the capability to mine at the moment.

there many mining apps for mobile lately not just electroneum but all of them arent just profitable and probably will damage your phone because mining in a mobile is not just good as mining on an actuall mining hardware or mining rigs for pc.  this is just another gimmick to attract the public and get alot of attention as much as possible.

Interesting! I wasn't aware, I definitely like what Electroneum is doing.

thats true , you can now mine using your gadgets like cellphone, psp, iphone, etc as long as it has a browser because these days there so many sites that offers a browser mining that said you can mine bitcoins or any other coins using an internet browser but dont expect too much of it beacuse you will get dissapointed.

It is simulated mining, not actual mining. So it is like you get an airdrop based on how long you are 'mining' for, which might just be an animation of a pickaxe or something. So could be a good way for people to get involved in actual mining, but perhaps there would be security issues for mining since it actually isn't decentralised?

I believe boxmining (a youtuber on crypto) made some similar comments recently. You could look it up.

Not good idea to mine with mobile and its not profitable  with your phone and its really expensive if you buy much greater  performance and then you can only earn few  earnings and lost profit  and the worst thing your phone could be hot and could broken sooner or later..
Mobile are not build for mining so i suggest to not mine with phone..

Mining on mobile phone is totally wastage of time and do not suggest to any body to mine because top demanding coins difficulty level is increasing day by day. And mobile phone graphics hardware do not more supportable to mine any coin. Investment in the mining company is completely bad investing. So many fake company are running on the mobile phone and do not use it and forget them.

I think for now mobile Phones are not designed for mining unless you just want to play with it, those projects promising profit mining with mobile phones are just scamming people of their money

mining on the mobile phone is not maximal results, because it will only make you get minimal results. if you intend mining prepare the tools that should be for maximum results.

mining on mobile phone? sound not profitbale.. and pretty sure it ll take much time or just waste your time

Well actually it's cool to mine in your phone like you can always keep track your coins but you should be ready in consequences of your phone like the risks of getting your phone become a trash. And thinking that with just a small amount you can get you have to sacrifice your time and effort. And I think mining isn't meant for phone as we all know it wil just only properly operates in desktop as its sustainability will be goes well.

Mining on phone will be too stressful to mine. Mining on system isn't easy when their isn't enough power supply.

I think it seems impossible. Because of the mining, it takes time to be successful, and your mobile phone will not be able to handle it because it has to be turned on always. I suggest you to use desktop or laptop only, because its internet capacity is faster.

Modern smartphones are very powerful and constantly improved.
You just need to upgrade the batteries and mining will become possible.

I agree with you dude, today there are enough powerful cell phones for mining, the solution maybe, is the creation of a sustainable (infinite batery)

I agree with you. Mobile phones have already become very powerful. For example, now on sale mobile phones with 8 gigabytes of RAM. This sounds incredible.
