What I understood from the Dev is that they were in a marketingphase. Nothing more than creating as much brand awareness as possible by facilitating an airdrop, bonusses when investing and bounties. They will start the next development phase soon, which will probably makes the price rise a bit again.

I think it mostly come from the bounty hunters since there were 5,5 million given for bounty pool and they treated it like a lottery, seems like they don't even understand the value of PRL itself. But i'm sure that it will not for long. Once they run out the ammo and dev starting to deliver, PRL will rise and you should be thank to bounty hunters for such a bargain prize.

I also heard that the dev will lock the fund on smart contract and release the fund slowly for 6 months, it will make the investors feel safe. So i'm pretty sure that this current price won't stay for long.

I am not very worried about the dumpers.  Volatility and dumping are a part of being a coin.

Back in the day when pump/dump groups were around my 'ethical strategy' to taking part of a pump/dump was to set low buy orders and buy on the post dump dip where price generally goes below the pre dump value.  I made money while also supporting coin recovery.

In almost all cases, if the coin had a future there was a recovery.  If the coin didn't then every now and then it would die off.

So what really matters are the dev's intentions.  Lots of promises but not a lot of solid development proof aside from some half coded modules which may or may not work and an old centralized system which I can't make sense of because it was not only written in php but has extremely cryptic variable names.  You might as well run an obfuscator on that code base.  At least the dev understand programming enough to get as far as he did.  

I promoted this coin to get the dev more funding and the idea out there.  My fingers are crossed.  Once the marketing push is over and development starts again we can breath a sigh of relief.

The project has more code than a lot of overhyped ICO's that literally have gathered millions but had nice PR & flashy videos.

It is one of the reasons I put time and energy into this coin.

I can see how some of the code works, or will work once finished.  Writing code is easy though.  Writing code that works is a bit harder.

But for now it shows the dev at least understands programming enough to put together what he has.  I have hope for now.  I will give it a month or two after the marketing and ICO phase and see if development continues.

I am kind of boycotting coin Telegram groups...

You need a phone to use Telegram which puts a barrier for a number of people.   If a developer team uses Telegram they REALLY should offer an alternative outlet for interaction and updates.  If a team isolates themselves to the walled garden's of Telegram then I tend to give them poor marks on management.  Some day developers will realize how utterly important management, marketing, public image, and interaction with potential customers and shareholder is.  Software rarely succeeds, regardless of how good, if they neglect some of these things.
