Jesus, that blockfolio suxx. 1 week ago i was from 2000 to 30.000 after see that something does not see correct with blockfolio

I tried blockfolio before but I have been trying something else: https://getdelta.io/ and I like it. It's free.

Hey, thank you very much for this info! I was looking for an alternative to Blockfolio app Smiley

No problem. I like the design & how it works. They are even working on a desktop version.

The app immediately added PRL & the price updates very well.

Yeah, the app is pretty good but sometimes slow. I hope they will update it to become smoother.

whether it will not enter in exchange other than in etherdelta? because I hope that this coin can go in a better exchange so that the price can increase

Exactly, once on a different exchange it will blast off. EtherDelta is such a nightmare especially for casual investors.

I was a little bit worry after token sale ended, but no as I am reading the news I can see PRL has a great potential. And the price came back really hard, so once again, it is worth waiting.

Yeah the price always recovers quick after a dump so it's not a worry. If it dropped below 2 cents I'd worry. Just gotta be patient with this coin. I have faith in the developers developing their product and the coin being listed on more exchanges.

The vote is now closed but they will open another one soon. We are a big community, we have almost 3000 people on telegram.

True, the group on telegram is very big but only a small part actually is active, sadly enough. The rest of the tokenholders are bountyhunters?

I share your opinion about voting PRL on Kucoin. At least it will draw more attention, which is a good thing... Like getting mentioned in the Rowlingstone-newsletter.

But it seems they already picked 3 coins for the twitter-contest after publishing this tweet: https://twitter.com/kucoincom/status/939108944798040065.

I don't really understand now anymore because they still have the normale vote & the twitter vote. By the looks of the new twitter-vote, Deeponion will be listed next.

The dev stated that his attention lies in the developement of the product, so if the community wants a new exchange for PRL before the product is finished, the community needs to take care of this.

Wit more than 2000 telegram-members, it should not be a problem, right?

ICO Alert: Other than combining multiple features, what makes Oyster better than competition who are also trying to revolutionize the storage or advertising space?

Oyster: Oyster competes with other projects on two fronts, website monetization and decentralized storage. I contest that it is better on both of those fronts, I will first explain the website monetization aspect. The most well-known example of a token that attempts to solve the issues of the digital advertising industry is BAT (Basic Attention Token). The BAT team designed their own browser called Brave, which tracks user attention to advertisements.

The first issue with BAT is the unrealistic expectation that any significant number of users would ditch Google Chrome and other popular web browsers to install Brave. The user is more likely to simply install Ad Block Plus instead of switching to Brave. With Oyster, deployment is simple as website owners need only add one line of code without having to go through any registration nor approval. The Oyster network is completely decentralized so no one can block them from generating revenue. The Oyster web client is easy to access without requiring large software changes on behalf of the user.

The second issue with BAT is that adverts are still distracting and invasive. These ads take up precious pixel space, often break the content and design continuity of websites, and are rarely politically neutral. Adverts must always be manually interpreted and approved for ethics compliance, therefore the system can never be fully decentralized. In contrast, adding Oyster to a website only shows a small notice for user consent therefore respecting the aesthetics and neutrality of the website.

Hey Bruno -

PRL - altogether blocks the ad from the website and provide a feel good factor to website and in turn gives revenue to website through the traffic monetization.

BAT - planning to improve the efficiency of digital advertising...!

I do not see any common similarity between these two...

My understanding based on what I read here - please correct if I am wrong here
1) Instead of dedicated miners, website visitors will be doing the mining job.
2) More the website owners decides to join PRL, more the network scalable
3) Participating websites gets paid (in PRL?) based on traffic
4) Customer (End user) will use PRL official website to upload his files, which will get saved in Tangle

Few suggestions here -
1) We do not pay anything to visitors who are actually giving their CPU/ GPU power
2) Altogether website owner will miss out the digital ad revenue. If we can explore an option of PRL traffic monetization as an additional source of revenue, we may get more owners joining the network.
3) Do we have any estimated calculation on revenue from website owner's perspective. I mean head-to-head estimated revenue chart for website owners showcasing how much they will earn if they choose PRL vs how much they are currently making through the digital ad

I really don't know if I made any sense to you... please feel free to let me know your thoughts

Improving the efficiency of digital advertising is like improving the efficiency of drunk driving: non-beneficial. We are forward thinking and contemplating the future of IoT micro-transactions. Advertising must always be centralized since it requires manual review for advert TOS compliance. The world is moving toward decentralization, advertisements are a thing of the past. One day Google AdSense will be right next to AOL and Netscape.

For your suggestions:
1) You mean don't pay them? Visitors are not paid in currency, they receive original content which they want in exchange for performing work.
2) Oyster doesn't stop adverts, just puts forth a better alternative. Nothing is stopping websites from running both, Oyster is completely decentralized and their is no TOS nor compliance check.
3) It's too early to calculate revenue estimates. The free market tensions will figure it out, each actor will perform what is worthy to them. If the revenue estimate is too low, the free market will self-correct until it is high enough.

I read the whitepaper, ok I skimmed it, and I have a couple questions:
1. Where is the consumer's data actually being held?
2. How do you ensure the data will always be there when the consumer needs it?

A very promising coin. Invested some ETH in it, while market cap is ultra-low. Very interesting ETH-IOTA combination. Use of blockchain makes sense too, unless lots of new projects in the crypto world.

They have a good project but they spread too many freebies which dumped the price a lot.

But in long-term after they get rid of free dumpers (i think too little left) price can grow a lot.
