Is there a monthly token burn? The supply was too large but and it is hard to speculate it now we have not yet listed in the marketcap. By supply is the base it would be too hard for now but once they have a good deal with progress of their plans it may go up. I am waiting for the marketcap so i can fully estimate how it will go.

Do all the instructions. Everything is very simple there. And in no case do not send your tokens to the exchange, until you exchange your tokens. Otherwise, you risk losing them all

It is for the long term after all. I don't see anything wrong with that Plus, their team are highly professional in answering questions on their telegram channel. They are working hard for the success of PCL

Well this CCO is nothing to compare with an "regular ICO" (for an ICO 5 months would indeed be longer than ordinary projects do).

CCO is meant to address institutional investors (min. contribution is €100k), so this campaign needs much more effort than an usual ICO.

Peculium will provide an legal and secure FIAT-entry into the crypto market for hedge funds, corporations etc.

Companies with a large amount of employees could be interested in the payroll savings aspect.

Hedgefunds could use it as a means of diversification.

Thus this is a totally different approach and it natively needs way more than running an ICO only.

I see. I thought the 8.1M euro that i am seeing in the cco site is the collections from the cco itself and excludes the ico collections. But mate, what will be the team's plan if there are still unsold tokens after the cco? Are they gonna burn it?

It will be more expensive than the ICO. I cannot find it right now, but there was a graph of the CCO price where the price for the CCO would increase every month or so.

Peculium is the liquidity-provider, thus will not offer PCL for less then this  

The graph you have in mind is a prediction, how the market-price most probably will develop if the addressed companies will close the deal.

If on the CCO the token will sell well, then on the crypto exchanges there will be a very good growth of the PCL token. I am very interested in this project. Such projects are still not enough.

Currently it is 2 Gwei only, so no it is not a big difference if you really want to update your old PCL. As what scheede said, it is better to update as soon as possible and I agree with it. No need to wait for lower Gas price, or you may get a higher gas price as the time you should update your old PCL.

I was actually able to do both steps1 and steps2 with the same gas price at 1 gwei and it worked.  As long as the ethereum network is not congested, you can easily do it within minutes.

The second important aspect of the valuation of the PCL token is the determination of the total supply of the PCL. The hard cap for our project is to raise € 200M. The majority of this fund is to be used as an essential element of asset management, known as “liquidity provider”. At the beginning of the ICO phase, the total number of tokens was capped at 20 Billion at the rate of € 0.01 per PCL.

€200M / 0.01 = 20 Billion

However, if during the CCO phase the price of the PCL token increases 5 folds (€ 0.05 cent per PCL); the total available supply of PCL decreases to 4 billion.

€200M / 0.05 = 4 Billion

This dynamic relationship between the price of PCL token and the supply available for the sale during CCO makes it a rewarding structure for the individual investors during the ICO. If the ICO investors HODL their tokens and progress of the project successfully increases the demand of the token, at the price of € 0.1 the supply might just be restricted to mere 2 Billion PCL tokens. Because most of these 2 Billion tokens are already sold to ICO investors, there will be a few tokens available to purchase by large institutional investors during the CCO phase. In theory, this should drive the demand of the PCL on the market even further, increasing the price even more.

Therefore we urge our investors to HODL their tokens until the end of the CCO period during which a lot of news is expected to come out.

i am hopeful that as PCL goes into the CCO, the value of PCL will grow just like what they said. i will be very amazed if it will be in 0.05 EUR per token.

They want to make sure the contribution of big companies CCO is not like a normal ICO only big companies are eligible to invest into this savings funds. I think this first time into crypto history when a project doing this kind of job.
