So, when you buy DIVX on cryptopia, how do you send them to your mew wallet? I'm not too familiar with ERC tokens. Do you just use your regular ETH address or does a dedicated DIVX wallet need to be generated?

I think as we get to the launch of the MN's, and convert Divx to Divi, the price will continue to climb, mainly due to the desire that people have to get their nodes.

Once that price gets to its level, the return on Divi is the MN payback, there are two plays with Divi, price appreciation, plus staking rewards, once people start to see that the price will run.
