Why are so many people against bitcoin?

I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

Yes, there are many people out there don't know cryptocurrency at all, some people think cryptocurrency is a big threat to their country's economy, and there will always be a people who are against new technology that they do not understand.

They are not totally against or hate bitcoin they're just not used to it and they are not familiar with the new system or technology, they,re afraid of investing because they seem cannot see it not unlike fiat or paper money which they can hold and use right away. They're also afraid if its really be that secured, theyre againts it become it seem uncontrolled, that someone may steal it.

I think people not afraid about bitcoin, they just dont understand about bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I am believe that many people will attracted to bitcoin market if they understand about it.

And that is oviously the real problem here. They dont understand it, do not want to look deeper yet they judge. Judging something you dont know is so essy to do today, many people do it unfortunately. There are more positive thsn negative of blockchain

Many people oppose Bitcoin because the government cannot control bitcoin and it affects the state's power. So many people have bought the media to discredit Bitcoin.

I think the news has done a very good job of feeding the general public with misleading news which puts bitcoin in a bad light.

We all know why central banks are so against bitcoin & all other altcoins, those of you who dont know,
 its because people are rejecting the printed notes made by banks and are adopting these cryptocurrencies

Most of that people you are pertaining to who hates bitcoin are the people under the compositions of governments. They don't like bitcoin and may fear of it's capability as bankless transaction and without taxes and because bitcoin as we all know is decentralized.

As for an ordinary people who hates bitcoin, I don't think of a reason why they hate it. Maybe because of mishandling of btc causing their life to be broke or miserable. Or because of ignorance.

Yed your right the people who have money to invest bitcoin is scared about that news this is an dis advantage of bitcoin if some big people know this and some of weak hands sell there bitcoin because to get out from harm for there money and become safe. The most frightening thing of the cryptocurrency system is decentralized system. The government do not want to use this system, it can be affect many things in the power to manage the economy of the government. They are the controller, of course, they do not want to share power to many people through decentralized network like blockchain.

The reason for the worry on those who hates bitcoin, is that most of them are among the governing bodies of even the first world countries. The reason they hate it is because they cant influence and control the value, the decentralized factor which is an important purpose of the currency. I hope in the future there will be more powerful coin under strong project that a dispersed interest.

Those who hate Bitcoin surely hate it for various reasons. Some hate it because they or their partners lost the whole nine yards (by going all in - buying high and selling low in a panic), some hate it because the government tells them to hate it, some hate it because they have missed out on the returns of the past, some hate it because they don't understand or know what Bitcoin is, some hate it because it deviates from the Satoshi whitepaper, some hate it because their exes are big Bitcoin supporters, some hate it because they lost their Bitcoin in phishing scams, etc.

Either way, I am sure there are many people that love Bitcoin. So it's all good.
