i usually do to kalm dawn my anger is to take a walk with my self.

When I am angry I just go for a walk. Sometimes call a friend and just eat outside.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.
I usually listen to music like the old love songs or RnB songs. Sometimes i just watch funny movies or go to a place where i can be alone for a while.

make your self busy or do things that can get you sweaty it cause your self to calm down,, or get out and play basketball with your friends Grin Grin Grin

When I was anger, I do to calm down myself. I am watching the funny video because I believe that laughter is the best medicine.

To hold back my temper ,I usually go to silent place to shout my anger out and maybe take a nap.Sometimes i eat a lot specially sweet foods or seafood to express out my anger.I go out with my friends so that they will comfort me. Maybe i will go to watch a movie or play ball in the beach.
When I am angry, I usually listen to music because it spreads out good vibes and I can feel the calmness when I'm listening to music.

I drink tea/coffee or alcohol while smoking and open some moody music along with it. Its my way to do it.
