Picture that person that you are so angry with standing there with the most ridiculous pair of underwear you have ever seen. Make it so ridiculous that it almost makes you laugh. Really see. Concentrate on that and that alone. When it works the first time you will laugh. That really makes people wonder what on earth is wrong with you. But who cares? You've turned an ugly situation into one that makes you smile or laugh. Give it a try...it can't hurt:)
And remember to pick your battles in life. Few things are really worth getting upset over. If it won't matter in a year from now, or a month or next week, let it go. It just doesn't matter.

I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.
Its so hard to calm down myself when im angry. One thing i do is shouting out loud and punching something that calms me.

It is so hard for me to get rid my anger too, I don't know why.
Little things can raise my anger.
But, I think when you angry, you have to take a deep breath for 10 - 15 times and just stay silent. I am in process to do that.

try to meditate because it will make you more able to control yourself. By meditating, you can control your inner negative desires. You can do a meditation routine from now on in the morning or before bedtime, meditation can be tried and done regularly.

It is very difficult to control your anger. Calming yourself is very hard. So whenever I am angry at someone or something, I go outside and light a cigarette. This helps me to calm myself and diverting my attention to something. Diverting your attention to something could help you to forget the issues that makes you angry.

Of course it's not easy to calm down anger. I believe all people in the world have anger emotion and they have different alternatif to calm it down.
I admit that i am not patient people, although in my religion taught me that the patience of people must borderless. It's hard to be patient and keep my anger not to explode. But i try my best to keep it. If i angry, i don't throw or destroy anything. I just scream or loud my voice. But sometimes after i do that i feel regret and tired (especially after i arguing with my family)
I think the best advices to calm down the anger are take a deep breath, relax my mind, thinking the funny or happy moments that i have, always have positif thinking, and thinking the effect of my anger to the people which i am angry, and choose silent rather than arguing. Silent is a gold!!!
But sometimes scream or loud my voice it's necessary because i must explode my emotion, if i just keep it in my heart, i can be crazy and depression.
