I think that you do not need to keep anger in yourself. You need to spill it out from time to time in sports, for example. Or in art.

usually when i am angry i will dodge and be silent. but when there is a situation where I can not be alone, I will take a deep breath repeatedly, and tell to my self calm down, dont worry, dont angry or something that can motivate me

It is really difficult to calm down when you are at the peak of your anger. I literally drink water to calm down. I do diversion. Although, it is hard I try my best not to say something bad to whom I am angry at.

i'll just think of those situations that i was really down and think again of my current situation. if i have a better life with what i have in my current situation, then, i have to stop that anger feeling and just be grateful for whatever i have now.

I normally would not talk, I will keep quiet because the more you talk the more the anger boils

if I am angry, I tend to be quiet and don't talk anything, then go to a lonely place and yell until relieved  Grin

This is the best way to calm down my angry I Go for a walk. Getting away from a situation that is causing you to feel angry can help you calm down and think things through. Getting outdoors and focusing on nature can be even more helpful. Taking a walk will help you burn off some of that negative energy instantly and can help you get away from the problem. If you're in the middle of a heated argument, there's nothing wrong with saying I'm going to go for a walk.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

Mostly i will try to cool down first before i start to speak the next sentence, if you are in an arguement at the current situation both parties will not come out with good words. You bear with it first wait till you cool down to speak in a better tone or reason it out in a better tone so as not to agitaed the other party at that time.

I think one of the best ways to overcome anger is to lie on your bed and listen to music until you fall asleep. By the time you wake up, everything will be alright.

I do a deep breathing exercise. Sit straight upright in a chair. Breathe in deeply through your nose, counting, then slowly breathe out, counting to 8 or 9. Pause and repeat 10 times.Try to focus only on your breathing, clearing your mind of whatever has upset you.
