remember how in the movie hulk's sensei( the guy who was slaping him continuesly) and hulk was heavy breathing?
upto now thats the best way for me. heavy breathing with your diaphragm must move.good luck.

I just Go for a walk. Getting away from a situation that is causing you to feel angry can help you calm down and think things through. Getting outdoors and focusing on nature can be even more helpful. Taking a walk will help you burn off some of that negative energy instantly and can help you get away from the problem.

I always remember what's most precious to me,l (my mom)  although she isn't anymore she helps me calm. So whenever you're angry try isolating yourself and think of something precious it might help out

start counting the numbers and change your position if you are standing then sit if sitting then sleep, surly it helps you to calm down you're anger........

according to old methods , anger is fire . use water too calm one down. A shower might help.

take a mirror, see how worst when you get angry, it will make you shy and calm

To calm my anger after a strong irritation, I go to drink beer in the nearest bar and only there I can very quickly calm down.

anger causes stress on the muscles. I try to breathe as deep and much as possible in fresh air to calm down and relax the body muscles. Leaving the situation like going out to take a walk is also helps. Sad Sad
