Yes, but its not quite a surprise seeing such an upsurge. The ICO is backed by a great idea which is acting as a great advertiser for this ICO. Who doesn't wants to safeguard his car by sharing all the information about it into a blockchain model? I am interested in seeing its results too. Where did you see this amount? I only saw 428ETH collected.
Also there are transactions less than 1 eth. Are these transactions also taken into account? Or will they return?

Gas Price with 21 Gwei is to high, i set it at 2 gwei and the transaction finished in under 1 minute. For what 21 Gwei?
